No Ration provide for Mushroom to Coffee
Posted by positive-health on Sep 01, 2016
I don't mind bitter coffee, as all you need to do is sweeten to taste, and everyone knows that instant coffee is not a winner when it comes down to the best of coffee. However, the reason to purchase this brand is for the Reishi and Cordyceps. I find it unusual that this company refuses to indicate how much is in the product, and at what strength, which some of us need to know due to our medical conditions. For all we know, the "kick" we receive from this product is solely in the caffeine. Also, I read in another response where a consumer wrote the company about wanting to know how much mushroom is in the product, of which Madre Labs refused to provide the information saying that it was their secret. Well, I think we've heard this story line before of which it usually ends up being a snake oil salesman pitch for a product that ends up being nothing more than snakeoil.
I ordered this to help with the eye pressure I experience during my complex migraines. I think it did help, but the cost of this product is excruiatingly expensive. I am instead taking acetylzolamide as prescribed.
Evening out complexion

I have sensitive, dry skin, age 44, w/ a few sun spots showing a light wrinkles at the time of using this product. I have noticed my skin tone was quite uneven over the last couple years as my testosterone took a nose dive where I stopped producing any. I was skeptical about this product at first, but have hear good things about Sea Buckthorn. I also decided to use a few times a week under this product, any generic scar-healing lotion made with onion and vitamin E, since it has been proven to help with cell regeneration. Both combined, I have been floored with how quickly my skin tone and texture has improved...smoothing out the wrinkles too, and it's only been 4 weeks. The best combination I have figured out so far. I will also use with a decent mid- to high-grade serum, and found that it is effect with or without an added moisturizer. Because it absorbs so quickly, I think for dry skin, you may need to add an extra moisturizer on top of it, depending on the time of year you are using. I am in Arizona, so monsoon season has more moisture in the air. By winter, I suspect I will require an added product to this. But if you have combo to oily skin, a serum with this product should be all you need. Formerly educated esthetician here. :)
Enzymatic Therapy, B2
I am prescribed this by my neurologist to help with improving cognition and processing following brain injury. I think it worked very well in conjunction with Omega 3s and a good multi-vitamin.
Took this for a few days when I began detoxing and getting off cigarettes. I did sneak one about 5 days into the detox and cleanse....I was so nauseous and sick...like I tried to smoke for the first time. So I know this is a great product.
Helps to get to sleep
Very good to help get to sleep. I found one that is a bit better since I do have major sleep issues due to brain injury. But if you'r situation isn't as bad as mine, this particular supplement will assist w/ getting to sleep nicely with addition of melatonin.

I pop one of these when I feel a migraine or cluster headache coming on, or an hour after taking one of my prescription medications for it, but has not subsided, then I'll take one or two of these. Slowly, the pain subsides almost every time. I also take at night to avoid those morning migraines. My calcium supplement by Source Naturals has a good amount of magnesium in it, so this bottle will last me a couple months, as I use only 2 a day on average to supplement and not 3.
HO CoQ10 200mg
I began taking this when I was having hearing problems with something my neurologist claimed was due to being too isolated from people. I was hearing strange musical sounds (brass-horns, sax, clarinet, drums) right behind one ear. This supplement helped it tremendously while I began to become more engaged in society and getting out of the house more. I didn't know this supplement helped with brain injury issues which may assist with such problems. I no longer take it, as I am out of the house regularly and lost weight. Good supplement to discuss taking w/ your neurologist.
Best Night Cream for Dry, Sensitive Skin

I have sensitive, dry skin, and did not find any hypersensitivity to this product. It applies thick, but spreads thin and evenly, so it lasts 6-8 weeks for me, since I do alternate a couple evenings with another product. I find it absorbs best after I do a nice, light acid peel or microdermabrasion scrub at home. I use the serum that goes with it too. It leaves the skin feeling clean and subtle. Argireline & Matrixyl are two of the best ingredients right now on the market to assist with reversing the effects of aging skin and both are very difficult to find in the same skin care line. And to find it with other ingredients like the light acid combination in Azelique, makes this a real winner that generally you can only find in high end department stores or high end spas.
I still do not think there is a better Rhodiola then the product made from Sweden. But this comes pretty close and not as expensive.
Life Extension Melatonin, TR, 3mg
I found Source Naturals to work better.
