Good Astragalus for its price ...
for all Astragalus tea fans out there: this plant is amazing for a daily use all year.tastes great and good for your immune system. whenever i take it i can immediately feel a mild calm in the back of my head, something that i don't get at all from the astragalus extracts whether its the high polysaccharides powder or the liquid, only in tea from the plant as it is.the Starwest root is the smallest root type i have tried yet and i noticed its less potent than the big old roots i got before, this means you would have to use almost twice as much root to get the same taste and potency as when you use the bigger root slices,i use 12g from this one for a cup of tea as oppose to 6 to 9 grams from the bigger root, this is why i gave it only 4 stars but still its the natural organic plant and i do get a great feeling with it so compared to the price paid which is less than all other brands it is still worth the price, would pay a little more for the bigger root slices...you are welcome to rate & read my other reviews
Rehmannia is well underrated these days...
i am familiar with Rehmania as a tea and i can easily feel the rehabilitation in my adrenal & strength.it is not an adaptogen for me,more like a rehabilitation after a long day when there is still a couple of hours to with more than enough tasks,so Rehmannia gives me the power back in a calm way with no jitters at all. this product/formula is slow working and you need to give it a few weeks to feel the difference on a regular intake.a bit pricey but it works for you it is worth it...you are welcome to rate & read my other reviews

there are lack of good Vanadium supplements out there because not enough people know that it is helpful in lowering blood sugar for diabetics together along with Chromium,Herbal like Cinnamon (Cinnamomum ),Gymnema Sylvestre (Gurmar) & Trigonella foenum and good nutritional program and supplement,as far as i know the ratio should be X2 Vanadium vs Chromium,i would much prefer this product be 180 smaller tablets because i need to slice them to tolerate the high Vanadium content during the day....you are welcome to rate & read my other reviews
Good raw Multivitamin ,although there are better..
although this company is controlled by BIG PHARMA ( Procter & Gamble to be exact) i decided to try an on sale product to see if they already managed to ruin all the products under their line of production like they did with their Top product Zyflamend formula changing(see its customer reviews).i was not so impressed with this product and i am happy i bought only the small quantity and not the 72 Tablets box, although i did not have any bad reaction to it i also can't say i felt it "working" in a positive way.i also think the regular price is too pricey and you can find a better product with a much better price tag and with a more balanced mineral content plus no yeast taste, thats "Garden of Life Raw One" ,look it up on my previous reviews, thats definitely my favourite Raw Multi,i take 2 of those daily and feel great with it.and don't forget to have a balanced Cal/Mag plus trace minerals, your Omega's & your Amino acids as it all an essential substances for our body.i also reinforce myself with B-complex,extra vitamin D3 & vit C throughout the day...you are welcome to rate & read my other reviews
Very High in natural Ionic Mag & Sulfur but questionable source of minerals. see "UPDATE"..
both the east and the west cultures have found a way to complete our dietary deficiency of trace elements and minerals as well as agriculture needs for humic and fulvic acid,in the west it happened 90 years ago by T.J Clark in the Utah deposit of the prehistoric Eden era and has been called colloidal minerals.today we can find different deposits around the world including New Mexico, Wyoming, North Dakota and ionic minerals extracted from the sea.in the east the ayuverdic medicine as well as the natives found in the Altai, Himalaya and Caucasus mountains are using humic acid extracted from shilajit for hundreds of years, also called moomiyo / mumio / shilajeet / mumijo or salajeet(سلاجیت),in english its called black asphaltum or Asphaltum punjabianum in latin.in the past, before 1882,the main source of energy was coal including heating the house in winters, little is talked about the remining wood ashes would be used and sold as a fertilizer for home/industrial grown food like fruits, nuts, grains and vegetables(guess what-ash contains over 70 minerals that the plants would get from it and humans got from the plant and so on...today we have NPK so we're at least 67 minerals short!),this product is a little different but still as important,it is Ionic minerals extracted from the sea which means itsa little bit bigger in particle size than colloidal(and slightly less absorbed) but the minerals ratio is different than humic/fulvic/moomiyo and it gives much more Magnesium,Sulfur and other Trace minerals.in fact, some sell this product under Magnesium supplement title, but in fact it has very strong sulfuric nasty taste that reminds MSM taste.IMPORTANT UPDATE:although the company's site claims the minerals in this product are from the Great Salt Lake in Utah this product is the same product that sells here under the name TMR concentrace (see description and ingredients) which was revealed as a fraudulent, look for youtube clip by John Heinerman called "Trace Minerals Truth Revealed" part 1 & 2.i stopped using this product for now although i didn't see any bad side effects, just to be on the safe side....you are welcome to rate & read my other reviews
immune system build up as well as soy isoflavone substitute!...
ok,first i was naive and believed every word that my doctors said so i took steroids & hormones for my hot flashes and fibromyalgia.than i noticed i was inflated in my face and started to gain unporportional weight so i understood something is wrong here.i turned to soy isoflavones for the hot flashes and that was perfect for me for a few years and the fibro was dealt with strenghteing herbs extracts as well as glucosamine and a good minerals and vitamins supplement.then i researched a little more and found out that soy derived isoflavone could be also damaging in some ways so i decided to try this product as it is safer to use and has far more health advantages than soy derived isoflavones extract.i take 4 capsules a day and no hot flashes at all for me....you are welcome to rate & read my other reviews
Recipe inside! - All Perfect!!! taste, price, health benefits and Quality...
really wonderful tasty tea or ice tea,Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum aka Holy Basil) has calming effect for me and the taste of this brand is really amazing, though i prefer a blend of it with other herbs so here is a simple hot tea recipe thats good for calming & for your digestive ease: blend about 1.5gr of Tulsi (about a tsp) plus 1gr of whole(about 4 or 5 seeds) of Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum) plus 3-4gr of Rose hips(about 3),punch all the seeds and hips for the taste to come out of them and put all together in an infuser, put a jar of hot water and cover for 10 minutes.then blend it and push the taste out of the herbs into your Tea Extract.sweet to taste preferably with honey or agave....you are welcome to rate & read my other reviews .
delicate potency - maybe too delicate..
although i admire this company and uses literally dozens of its products this product is too weak for my body and i can't really feel its effect, there are other cordyceps products that i do feel them working on my body in the same dosages i take this product so i tend to prefer them in this case, but it may be beneficial to other people with lower tolerance to Cordyceps because its clean from addities like most companies do add.in the positive side may i add that every time i take cordyceps i have an after taste of it half an hour after, this one didn't give me this taste and thats nice ...you are welcome to rate & read my other reviews

i believe people with chronic deficiency of magnesium would find this product helpful but i can't say it reduced stress or created any special tranquility.on the positive side it tastes like ginger ail and it is one of the most absorb-able form of magnesium...you are welcome to rate & read my other reviews
not effective as i expected...
after trying the Cordyceps mushroom from this same company which i find as a very useful product i decided to try this product for its known mental alertness, memory & concentration improvement, but unfortunately this product did not deliver what i expected at all.to be honest i have no experience with this type of mushroom to this date and this product is the first time i try it,so it might be that its just one of those herbs/plants that is ineffective on my body, for instance,i tried several Reishi(Ganoderma) products including Raw mushroom as well as strong extracts and none of them effected me whatsoever so it is possible that my body isn't reacting to Lion's Mane in general, but i did doubled the dosage to 3700mg just to be sure and it still was ineffective.on the positive side-it smells and tastes like food ,not medicinal flavor at all-very natural to my impression,i will stick with Ginkgo biloba & Amla(Phyllanthus emblica/Indian Gooseberry/Amalaki) for mental alertness which i find both to be very effective on my body...you are welcome to rate & read my other reviews
