I hope my reviews will be helpful in assisting you to choose your products. I'm dealing with overlapping illnesses, so a lot of symptoms to treat. I try to review things that are not listed and hard to figure out online such as packaging type (is that bottle safe glass or is it toxic-plastic?) and contents (does that tea have a staple, string or simply pressed together?). Please keep in mind that I live in Southern California and that arid weather is very different than humid so, things that work for me, such as moisturizers or creams, might be too rich for you. Also skin types differ, I'm both oily and dry currently so I try to indicate all that. On occasion, I'll add humor to my reviews, particularly if I was unhappy (humor heals) and I love to vote Yes on others' helpful reviews. Thank you to those of you who remember to afford me the same courtesy. Welcome to my page and hope you find some fun, helpful or delicious products you hadn't tried before. Be well, everyone.

I reacted to this. The scent is overpowering. To the trash it goes.

I am amending my 5 star glorious review of what used to be the most amazing cream I had ever used. Mychelle changed the formula! I had intended to stock up on this cream when it sold for $12 last summer but didn't get around to it so I bought another full price jar. To my horror they have tampered with the winning formula! The ingredients are NO longer those iHerb has listed here! Before it shrunk wrinkles on contact. Now there is corn (citric acid), which is GMO unless listed as organic (it's not) and the preservative (potassium sorbate) is now on top of the list of ingredients meaning there's a lot more of this toxin. Plus a few more questionable ingredients. I urge everyone to contact Mychelle and let them know we want the classic formulas back.

This is a highly effective product. I did my first parasite cleanse in the late 90's and that healed my CFIDS symptoms but the side effects were brutal. I was on a double parasite and candida cleanse with diet for just over a year so many bottles are needed, although people with a mild infestation can do between 2 bottles to a few more for 6 months total time. I purchased this a few years ago from iHerb but wasn't able to withstand the cleanse as I am too weak now due to extremely severe illnesses. However I'm currently doing a liver cleanse and I feel this is the correct way to proceed as my liver couldn't handle the toxins released by the parasite die-off process. I've found out that charcoal caps absorbs the toxins from such cleanses and significantly reduce the side effects. (However charcoal also absorbs supplements so timing is key). So as soon as I'm done with this liver cleanse, I'll be on this to further rid my body of these toxins and invaders and I'll be sure to have charcoal on hand during both.

And I've tried many from different countries. I even prefer this one to the Fleur de Sel de Guerande which I had imported a few years ago. This one is truly gray and not white, as real sea salt ought to be. Nice bonus: it's a huge bottle, double the size on a normal shaker that I expected. (I'm not good at figuring out ounces, so I never know what I'm going to get!) The only drawback here is the plastic shaker. It's flexible plastic which definitely means high BPA content! Yikes! On the plus side I had this shipped in cold weather and my place is almost constantly a/c'd, even winter nights. A lucite shaker would have been so much better if they couldn't afford glass though! This salt makes food taste the best out of all sea salts I've tried, it's genuine Celtic (which strangely enough means from France and not Ireland, still haven't figured out why) and therefore it is the healthiest and the gray color can attest to that. I've always felt a bit sketchy using Trader Joe's white sea salt from Spain and now my mind is at ease over that. I have severe adrenal insufficiency and salt is vital to me.

I bought this because all sore throat sprays I wanted were sold out (the propolis ones) and it's nearly impossible to find an organic sore throat spray so I decided to go by ingredients. Knowing how well peppermint EO works as analgesic (pain numbing) for headaches just as clove EO does for toothaches, I thought I'd give this a try. Now I'm not a fan of mint oral products and I don't believe in "freshening your breath" unless pathology requires it as I'm not a smoker and luckily this is one health problem I don't have. Yesterday I came down with a searing sore throat. One spray of this and the pain was nuked, on contact, and did not come back. Amazing! Now I must say that the taste is a bit revolting to me: again too much peppermint and the combo with ginger & clove is quite off putting as it hit my tongue and throat my first instinct was to gargle it out but I'm glad I resisted the impulse. Instantly the pain had subsided and I was left with this strong spicy taste and a very icy-cold feeling. The unbearable shock to my senses and buccal cavity passed in less than 3 minutes when it subsided into a more manageable taste. I can see how this would be great for someone who wants their breath to be iced and minty but for me it's a powerful remedy for sore throats. More efficient and faster than throat lozenges and without need for repetitive ingestion. 1 spray is all it took. Yes this bottle is small and skinny but considering how rarely I get sore throats and that only 1 spray is needed, I foresee it will last me a couple of years. Highly recommended for sore throats. I love Herb Pharm brand, never disappoints me.

Although this is not the pure French lavender scent I'm familiar with and prefer, after a while I got used to this scent. I used it during a phase of mental chaos and panic attacks and I must say, it's very comforting and soothing. I have read that bees who pollinate the lavender fields get so drunk on the nectar that they let people pet them. And that if one wants to help and attract bees, one ought to plant lavender in their garden. On an energetic level, lavender acts as a transmuting force for good. For those into chakras and etheric bodies, this is extremely powerful and yet very gentle and subtly transformational. Of course, this is not going to put out an insomniac, particularly when there's hormonal issues and/or nutritional deficiencies, but nevertheless, if you let it, it will ease your mind a bit of obsessive or persisting thoughts. A few sprays might be necessary. The aluminum can means the sprays will always be very cool. When I mist my body, I find it leaves no sticky residue and the skin is instantly dry (but then again, I live in the mainly arid, desert climate of Southern California). The scent does linger a bit, which is a surprise as natural EOs are naturally volatile and this is a top note which is very ephemeral. All in all, an excellent product. I'm withdrawing a star because I prefer the true French lavender, because of the aluminum can (would prefer glass for safety reasons since I was diagnosed with aluminum toxicity already) and because it is not organic. Although, to me, it has room for improvement, the effects are immediate and pretty impressive. I use it as a room spritz as well as body spray. If the smell disappoints you like it did me at first, keep trying it, it gets better, or at least it did for me. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do!

The C is great. I just wish GOL would be done with the needless child-proof caps which are bolted on so tight they're nearly impossible to open even for a burly man, and particularly if you have wrist pain to begin with. People with kids need to learn to store their stuff high on shelves where kids can't access them, it's not fair to punish the intelligent, kid-free and/or otherwise normal consumers. I've already contacted GOL years ago and they told me others had complained too but they don't seem bothered enough by their customers needs to change. For those who literally can't handle GOL's "bolted-on", hard-to-open caps, Megafood is the better alternative. Also Megafood puts no soy and no yeast in their products, unlike GOL & New Chapter. However Megafood does list questionable "vegetable lubricant" in many of their pills which might be code for "magnesium stearate" or goodness knows what, however that stuff is nearly impossible to avoid. I wish I could give it 5 stars because the C deserves it as it works well for colds & flu but there's too many problems with GOL products, sorry, just leaving an honest review. Madre Labs trumps all these in purity and gets 5 stars but sometimes I don't have the energy to make the vitamin water mix or the taste for it, I just need to take a quick pill.

Currently shopping for natural B complex. Happened on this item and I'm utterly shocked: not only is there 0 indication that the B vitamins come from 100% natural, non-GMO, non-synthetic source, the "other ingredients" are highly toxic! Just google each one of them and you will see clearly the dangers & the side effects for: Dicalcium Phosphate, Croscarmellose Sodium, Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide, Dextrin, Magnesium Stearate, Titanium Dioxide. Unfortunately the magnesium stearate is one that is hard to avoid but the rest on the list are far more toxic! Why buy a supplement that causes migraines & possibly cancer?

I have hyponatremia so needed sea salt pills which are impossible to find. Due to its high sodium content I decided to try this: I no longer wake up with horrendous back pain, my heart no longer pounds, and it does a wonderful job of balancing my electrolytes, namely raising my blood plasma salt volumes which are dangerously low. This one is a life-saver, literally!

This is unacceptable! This LIQUID product is sold by the company without any seal of protection whatsoever. No plastic to tear off on the outside, no foil seal on the inside, nothing at all! In this day and age this is unacceptable, there's no way to know if it has been tempered with. For this reason, I cannot consider Life Flo aka Seychelles Organics neither a responsible nor reputable company at all. After months of waiting for the supply to be replenished, this is a huge disappointment as, having severe MCS I cannot risk using it! After the Tylenol tempering scare of the 1980's I am shocked that there's a company with such little care for their customers to distribute a product that anyone at any time could temper with. I'd like to add that iHerb did a wonderful job of packaging and sealed the cap to the bottle with tape and put it in a ziploc-type baggy. iHerb is awesome. I'm sure this product is too, but the marketing geniuses who thought this was an acceptable way to sell liquid supplements in the 2000's... not so much! 1 star is for the product as received, I can't comment on the oil. I would encourage anyone who reads this to call the company and demand they change their ways and act responsibly towards the consummer and, ultimately, protect themselves in doing so. I can't imagine if I had bought this for a gift, there's no way I would risk someone getting an adverse reaction and then coming after me because I gifted them with an unsealed product.
