I have made almond pancakes, almond-sesame crackers, and used for coating oven frien chicken- YUM!
I love molasses but am cutting out glucose- this is very low-glycemic and tastes quite a bit like molasses syrup--great!
I never knew about Palm Sugar til I saw it on iHerb- sfter researching I had to try it! Very low glycmic and also very tasy, like brown sugar. Have used it in baking and in hot drinks.

I love Hummus but $3.99 for a small container at the store is ridiculous...with this I can make thummus any time and flavor it any way I want- Roasted Red Pepper is my current fave-love it!
Has a great flavor and you use surprisingly little in bked goods as it absorbs sooo much liquids- hard to find recipes using it but I made some Coconut Bread last night that is deeelicious and made coconut pancakes last weekend!
