I use it diluted with EVOO for cleaning my face and I can tell it reduces breakouts and spots. Great for small wounds as well.It can also be added to shampoos, scalp treatments, face toners,laundry...This stuff is amazing.I don't enjoy the smell though, but I can live with it.

I am surprised that this cleanser caused me an allergic reaction or rash. I don't even have sensitive skin. Since this is marketed as a cleanser for sensitive skin I figured it could have been caused by an aloe gel I was using. But I just used the cleanser on my arms, let it sit for a minute or two and got the same reaction I got on my face and neck. I have been using this cleanser on my face and still the rash cleared up although it took several days. I guess if I lather and rinse inmediately it's ok for my skin but if I let it sit I get a pretty bad reaction. I have no idea what can be in it that I am allergic to but I have used all sorts of cleansers and creams and never had a reaction like this. I give it three stars because I still think it does a good job cleaning the skin and it's pretty natural, and I can still use it if I rinse it inmediately, might be a great choice if your skin doesn't react to whatever my skin does.
So far all I can say is that it tastes great, and since I only take one every 2 or 3 days to build up my b12 reserves (I also take a smaller dose daily) this will last for a long time.So great buy!
I have used it overnight as a deep conditioning treatment, and very sparingly on dried hair as a leave in (the tiniest bit will do). It does make your hair silkier.I love the scent, also as a body butter. So far, so good.
