tasty and perhaps somewhat more healthy flavoring alternative for shakes, smoothies, etc.
Use this as opposed to flavored protein powders for shakes, smoothies and in yoghurt. Not too sweet and seems to be made with a lot of fruit that I can't get my hands on fresh here in Japan.

seems to be from good natural sources, no flavoring or additives. Powder sometimes easier on the throat than swallowing pig horse pills
Good quality Vitamin C. Easy on the stomach.
This seems to be the best source of good quality Vitamin C that I've found that is easy on the stomach. The tablets are of course huge, but so are most large dosage forms of Vitamin C.
grind up a few tablespoons every morning and put in my yoghurt
In an effort to try to replace some of the "bad" oils in my diet with more EFAs I grind up a few tablespoons every morning and add them to some yoghurt, fruit, nuts and seeds. It's very nice!
