I read that the amino-acid Arginine had some efficacy with urinary problems caused by prostate enlargement; the usual formulas with Saw Palmetto, Pygeum, etc have had only the most modest effect despite long-term inclusion in daily supplementation regimens. Some formulas include a bit of it, but this 1000mg tablet in conjunction with the other fare is beginning to produce more noticeable results. I was grateful to find a tablet rather than a capsule, and though the tablets are generously sized, they do dissolve quickly and cause no gastric distress.
It is always a pleasure to take a liquid supplement rather than still another mega-capsule, and this is truly pleasant to take. And compared to the price of most liquid extracts, this is a very affordable surprise. Read a bit of Dr Caisse's creation and then try her ancient formula - for me, regular ingestion after just a few day's regular ministration is producing a feeling of well-being and increased stamina, as well as a new cavalier attitude toward stress that heretofore left me in a bitter mood. This one is a winner, and a testimony to the validity of herbal medicine.
I have finished one of the two bottles of this product, and while I found it completely unobjectionable to cosume (in water), there are no readily apparent effects either beneficial or deleterious. The cost is a bit high, so I'll probably continue with the second bottle, but doubt whether it is worth replenishing the supply thereafter.
There aren't many formulations out there that combine Bee Pollen with anything else, and prior to finding this I was taking the pollen and eleuthero as separate supplements, so this is a welcome find - and the price is definitely attractive!
