A convenient dosage for me

Sometimes I take 500 mg at a time, and other times I just take 250 mg. This strength gives me the option. I combine niacinamide with magnesium malate, d-ribose, and ubiquinol to diminish muscle pain and fatigue. But I've read that niacinamide can help with skin problems, so I get a double whammy.

Muscle pain relief

The effects are subtle but for fibromyalgia muscle pain these seem to provide some benefit. I used to take three a day at mealtimes but I got a laxative side-effect, so now I take just one at night. It seems to help me sleep.

Works better than another brand I bought elsewhere. However, I noticed a few lumps and a more crystalline texture than the other brand. Bottom line - the effect on my energy level is excellent. I don't need as much as I did the first few days, now that my system is primed. I combine d-ribose with magnesium malate, niacinamide, and ubiquinol to diminish muscle pain and fatigue.

The cardiac benefits are secondary, because I combine ubiquinol with magnesium malate, niacinamide, and d-ribose to diminish muscle pain and fatigue. The instructions say to take with food, so I take 1 capsule with breakfast. I'm a 51 year old man with a family history of heart disease, so I'm grateful for this product.

Unpleasant mint flavor
