Thought 2mg/daily was too much for me - but it actually was needed.

I ordered this product for being copper gluconate, its price and list of excipients. Just wished there were easy-to-split 2mg tablets, as it's a little inconvenient to open these little capsules to reduce their content. I do benefit from supplementing copper, but if I take more than 1mg per day it makes me feel weird and gives me headaches so I recommend to approach any copper substitution carefully. --- Post scriptum: It's important to never take copper on an empty stomach. I did so in the beginning, "to get the most out of it", as I believed. But now I take it some time after lunch between meals. I kept getting strong headaches initially, but luckily not anymore and my skin and overall wellbeing has improved.
Didn't work - only harmed
I don't recommend this product. I took it for five weeks, believing in the idea of a die-off effect. But trust your senses, as it tastes terrible too.
Great stuff! Surprised by how quickly and well this really works for my eyes
I only take two 20mg capsules per week, as free lutein is fat-soluble and stored in the body. However, positive effects set in within only a few days. Shipping took 5 weeks, again. But since free Lutein supplements cost 4-5 times as much in the domestic market, I really appreciate the product range and prices at iherb!

Pro: -seems good -low price -comes in a brown glass bottle -natural form of Vitamin K as found in plants (K1) Contra: -tablets are rather large with relatively much excipient for a mere 100microgrammes of the vitamin. -in my opinion these tablets should be way smaller
Realized that my spotty face skin disappears after not taking this product for some days, and reappears when I do take these capsules again. Truly a letdown. I had been enthusiastic about the idea of having very perishable flax oil in single, sealed gelatin capsules at first. Could be it turned bad during shipping, could be the capsules don't conserve the oils as good as I hoped they would, could be the oil's quality was bad from the beginning. Will buy the more expensive brand of fish oil again.
Great form of selenium
Very glad to have found this product on iherb and for a reasonable price. Taking 5x200mcg a weaek raised my blood level to the upper reference range. The picolinate form can be taken together with vitamin C (sodium selenite cannot) and felt less harsh when beginning with low selenium levels. I like Thorne products as they are really hypoallergenic, not blown-up with excipients and effective.
