The box says to take the pills immediately before eating a starchy meal. I've done some reading about Phase 2 and you should take these about 30 minutes before eating so they get a chance to be broken down and absorbed by your system.
Wonderful mild cleanser!
I have sensitive, acne-prone skin (currently under control via medication) which gets very dry and flaky in the winter. It is difficult to find a nice, foaming cleanser that won't dry out or irritate my skin. This stuff is fantastic! The pump creates soft, creamy lather which rinses away nicely without leaving my skin feeling taut and stripped. Instead it is soft and smooth. I am addicted to the scent as well, which is a sort of honey + lavender thing that is just delicious. The price here on iHerb is the best I've seen. I'd definitely repurchase this.
Pros: Big pump bottle. Contains ingredients that actually moisturize skin rather than merely coating it. Non-greasy and absorbs nicely. Inexpensive. Cons: Although there's no fragrance added, there is a very slight, 'unscented product' odor (don't worry--there's no scent once the lotion dries). Texture is a bit thick and tacky--not the nicest, but I'll trade off texture for fewer chemicals any day.
I have normal, healthy hair and I think this conditioner is excellent. Leaves my hair feeling soft but not limp. There's a slight minty scent and tingle if you apply it to your scalp. Great ingredients list too. This is just so much better than drugstore stuff (which costs almost as much and contains all kinds of chemicals and perfumes) and iHerb offers such a good deal even with shipping included that I'd definitely repurchase.
Great, multi=use product
I use this in a foaming pump dispenser as a handwash (it's very concentrated so you only need a little bit), to wash delicates and makeup brushes, and sometimes to do the dishes if I run out of regular dishwashing liquid. The scent is a lovely, true lavender that lingers faintly. Love!
A nice, mild honey, not too sweet. Great for tea or using for face masks. The jar packaging is a bit of a pain--a plastic squeeze bottle would be so much less messy. I was a little worried when I opened my box, but the honey was securely taped up in bubble wrap and in its own sealed ziploc-type bag. Thanks to whomever sent out my order!
