Good for mood....but terrible fatigue

Posted by iHerb Customer on May 06, 2014 | Verified Purchase

I have been taking this for around 2 weeks. It has definately improved my mood, I suffer from Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue. It has been giving me some stomach cramps so I started taking it with my breakfast and it has reduced. However, my energy levels seem to be a bit more erratic, I am slower to get moving in the mornings. I am not sure if it is the SAMe as I have just started taking Iron supplements too. But I suspect it is the SAMe. I will keep going to see if it regulates itself. Update...I had to stop taking this product as it made me feel extremely fatigued

I had read about how the taste and quality of Stevia can vary, I was very pleased with this brand.

Helping Migraines but feeling sleepy and gastrointestinal issues

Posted by iHerb Customer on Sep 03, 2017 | Verified Purchase

I have fibromyalgia and suffer with a lot of menstrual migraines each month. I ordered this for both of these conditions. After 2 weeks of taking it I did not have one migraine with my period, which was fantastic. Now after a month of taking it, I can say, It has not really improved my fibromyalgia. I have felt very sleepy during the day and the gastrointestinal symptoms have led me to stop taking it. I have now ordered Magnesium Glycinate to see if I can tolerate it better.

Collagen + C

Posted by iHerb Customer on Nov 10, 2015 | Verified Purchase

I have read a lot of good reviews of this product. I have taken one bottle so far and to be honest have not noticed any improvements in, aches, skin, nails and hair. Maybe it needs longer, so am going on to my second bottle now. Will review again. I had no negative effects from taking these pills

Not completely amaranth

Posted by iHerb Customer on Jul 04, 2011 | Verified Purchase

I bought these thinking I could eat them as they are called amaranth crackers, they actually contain wheat, which I am intolerant to. So a bit disappointed.
