Love the smell - fresh and calming. (I wasn't sure what to expect from Mustard Seed, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Wintergreen & Thyme). I feel very relaxed after a long soak in the tub. Not sure if it's the purifying effect, but my bowels are always very active the next morning (sorry if TMI).
Have used coconut oil for a while now. Tried this brand on a whim (price and weight). Not my favourite brand. Cooking with it imparted coconut flavour to the food. Not so bad with muffins. Not so great with eggs. I've never had that happen with coconut oils before. I found it didn't absorb quickly when used as moisturizer. My biggest complaint is that it got grainy very quickly. I've had that happen when my jar gets almost empty, not 1/3 full. The grit never went away (melting or rubbing it in). Pitching the last little bit and boghtnNutiva again.

If I use after a big workout, my muscles aren't as sore as I expect. can't wait to try after a marathon....
Threw it into my order to get to free shipping w/o sending my weight limit over. Strong handle unlike other flimsy toddler toothbrushes. Didn't find the bristles particularly rough like other users. Great price for an "animated character-free" toothbrush.
I buy these as a treat for my son. The flavors are so amazing - fresh and strong not like artificial lollies. I like that they don't have HFCS or dyes in them. Love the non-mainstream flavours - blueberry, pomegran, mango - delish!

I have always been a super sweaty person. I also have (had) eczema in my pits of all places. For the past 3+ years I've been using the crystal rock. I am surprised my sweating has drastically decreased. Yes I still have some sweaty days but rarely (and I'm living in a hot area and walk everywhere). The key with the rock is to make sure you actually get some of the salt in the pit. Not like traditional deodorants where one swipe and your done. I rub my wet (from the shower) pit for ~15'secs. I've also taken the rock and dissolved it in water on the stove then put in an old roll-on container. One of these little travel sticks has lasted for >2 yrs (till I broke it - still had plenty of use left). So very cost effective! I recently bought a second one to use on my feet. It has stopped the yucky sandal foot smell. :)
Hair feels clean, but a little straw-like and tangly. Glad this has none of the bad stuff, but will keep searching for a paraben-free, SLS-free shampoo.
