Good way to get quercetin

Helps me with bruises. I must be deficient in it because my body can't seem to do well without it. Helps sinuses. The liquid quercetin seems to be better, probably because I can get more of it easily. But it stains badly and is messy to work with.

The blend seems unusually good. And Twinlab caps are so easy to swallow.

This is a good product for yeast yeast overgrowth (vaginal yeast infection and white mouth) but, for me, one drop is a sufficient dose.

This was a very dark color. Certainly not pink.
A cold can be stopped in its track.

I take this at the first hint of cold, several times a day. I havent' had a full blown cold in a long, long time. This one tastes good also.
Bitter and nothing but

This extract was bitter and nothing but bitter. I put a bit on my cereal for two mornings in a row. I wondered why the same cereal I have been eating for years tasted so awful. I tasted a a bit of the vanilla in a spoon and found the answer. There was not a whiff of vanilla bean taste in it. Just bitterness.
It works well

It works and I prefer it to Pepto Bismol. It works quickly and well, though I would not want to use it for long-term constant diarrhea. I would see a doctor as to the cause then.

I take one dropperful in a bit of water when I go to bed and sleep for 8 hours, peaceful that it is organic.

I trust this salt to be better

I just bought this salt. I trust it because I am familiar with Dr. Mercola products and I also trust iHerb to have the best. I do have a question. It is advertised as "cooking" salt. Is it ok to sprinkle on cooked food at the table as well?
