fearn lecithin granules

Posted by Reviewer1439551 on Mar 14, 2010 | Verified Purchase

used to use Lewis Labs which is more expensive; this is just as good; helps to emulsify food in your stomach and is a rich source of compounds which are important for good brain health; once opened I keep sealed in fridge - otherwise can get rancid

cala omega

like this; carlson has reliably good products; this is not molecularly distilled - hence if I were pregnant or nursing I would use Jarrow Formulas Max DHA instead or Neuromins (Life's DHA by Martek); still in that this is in a more natural state and has not been exposed to the supposed high heat of distillation I think it has additional benefits -- good for dry eyes

nature's way niacin 100 mg

Posted by Reviewer1439551 on Mar 14, 2010 | Verified Purchase

bought for a family member who is using it in an attempt to lower cholesterol and loves it; the strength is low so you can up the amount if you want - remember to take with ubiquinol to prevent muscle problems if going this route and tell your doctor, who should prescribe periodic bloodwork; the family member initially had a flush but this went away

very relaxing - good for relieving anxiety and pressure of everyday life - allegedly increases alpha brain waves for concentration, especially when taken with a cup of caffeinated green tea, its source

Aubrey Organics Baby Shampoo

Lovely odor and mild - not tear free; much gentler than Burt's Bees baby shampoo, which I find to be very harsh.

kirk's original coco castile fragrance free

Posted by Reviewer1439551 on Mar 14, 2010 | Verified Purchase

I've used both fragrance free and with fragrance; both are great products without chemicals; great for sensitive people (particularly the fragrance free) - makes you feel clean without stripping your body oils or irritation; great also for cleansing dry mature facial skin; great for cleansing babies and children (watch those eyes and watch your grip - your hands will be slippery)

sn coenzymate b complex

Posted by Reviewer1439551 on Oct 17, 2010 | Verified Purchase

have used for some time; this is better than the peppermint version; wish they would come up with another flavor; I take this with the solgar metafolin - coenzymate folic acid still use this; wish it also contained metafolin, the coenzymated form of folic acid
