My kids love this and it works!!

It is supposed to taste like raspberry but my kids say it tastes like caramel. My 3yr old nags me for it throughout the day and my fussy 9yr old enjoys it. It also works - we are in the grip of a winter full of wierd and wonderful new viruses (including the bird flu) and yet using this and liquid garlic, (hand sanitiser too) my children are all virus free and have been throughout the winter. One negative - its a very small bottle and doesnt last long.
5 stars for smell alone!

There is an incredibly expensive soap out there called Savon de Marseilles extra pur. If you can ever afford it - it is amazing. This is a bit of a poor relation but it has a similar unique scent, a touch of lemon with olive and a hint of flowers. However it is a tenth of the price of the traditional product! I am not the biggest fan of South of France soaps but I will buy this again and again for the fragrance alone. And as someone has already said, it lathers very well and lasts quite a while.
Great smell and effective

I love the smell of this, it is sweet and discrete. We have tried 4 different bathroom cleaners on iherb, all highly rated. My son who is mostly tasked with doing the bathroom insists that this is the best of what's on offer. He scrubs out the shower tray ...
Love it - the best smell! Non drying too.

A little goes a long way - lovely citrusy smell - really fresh. We all like it! I love the uber expensive Savon Pure Mediterranee and that is divine smelling and completely non drying. This is probably 8 out of ten compared to that. So better than most.
Very reasonably priced

Easy to swallow - long term kind of thing so too early to say whether it is working its magic internally. Perhaps my eyesight is a little better but still early days as I have only been taking this for 5 weeks.
Wont lessen allergies but will keep your nose flowing freely

I have bad allergies but instead of getting a runny nose, I get a blocked nose and bad post nasal drip. This lets my nose unblock so I can blow it and clear it and loosens the mucus at the back of the throat so it is easier to spit out. Sounds gross but its a big improvement on constant upper respiratory irritation and rattling when breathing.
Easy to take

Not too big, not too smelly and much easier to take than the liquid. Doesnt repeat on you or make your skin smell like garlic. Hopefully it is doing my cholesterol soom good.
Not bad value for money - cheaper than in the supermarket

My complaint about this is that it is quite a coarse grind. This is about twice the grind size of stuff sold in our local supermarket so when you are a diabetic like me and only use substitute flours, this is less optimal for baking (baked goods are noticeably grainy)
Didnt work all that well

I have had unexplained bad sinuses and post nasal drip for years and had really hoped this would make a difference. I have only been using it for 2 weeks and there probably has been some effect but it is marginal. Too early to say whether it has a protective effect over colds and sinus infections.
Love the scent but mixed review!

I sweat a lot and my perspiration smells reasonably strong. If I shower twice a day and apply this 2 - 3 times a day it works but otherwise it is not strong enough. Having said that it is a great masculine spicey, hoppy smell which both my husband and I like a lot. He doesnt have a perspiration problem and finds it works well applied once a day, after a daily shower. So no good if you need a very strong antiperspirant/deodorant but great if you are normal and want a very pleasant natural product.
Probably works but dont use if any hint of seizures!!

My son has ADHD and has recently had a few seizures whilst playing computer games. After investigation they concluded that being on ritalin has lowered his threshold for having seizures although he is probably not an epileptic per se. he hadnt had any for a while so i forgot about them. I thought I'd give him this to help with his concentration and within 12 hours he had a seizure without any obvious reason/stimulus. Have discontined the Mindcare and no repeat so far. I was probably dumb not to realise the implications beforehand. Having said all that, my husband had a heavy dose of chemo a few years back and ever since has sufferred from brain fuzz and poor memory. He has been taking mindcare and says he notices a definite sharpening of his cognitive processing a few hours after taking it.

I buy Peter Gilhams adult formula and now its good and no doubt this is. neither of my kids wil drink it neat and I have to nag and cajole to get them to take it in juice.
