wow, this makes everything better

I very rarely give any food or herbal extract a whole 5 stars. But this deserves it. I used this extract last year, but mixed results, possibly since I was drinking at night and using caffeine during the day. I've since cut caffeine and alcohol from my diet entirely. For 1 week now I have 1 tablet each morning with a meal. The effects are quite noticeable and positive. Food tastes better (good as someone who's underweight), little things in life are more interesting and enjoyable, feel more energy late in the day when I would normally feel overly tired, and feel more energy during exercise. To add to that, noticeable increased mental acuity and noticeable increased libido. On the basis of my experience, I would consider avoiding consuming alcohol or caffeine if you use this product.
dominates traditional antacids

I suffer from intense, regular bouts of acid reflux, even if I make a point to avoid most acidic foods. Prelief (calcium glycerophosphate) has radically changed the foods I can eat. I even now drink orange juice on occasion and have spicy foods whenever I please. As needed I take 1 - 3 tablets, during or just after having acidic foods or drinks. Unlike with traditional calcium-based antacids, Prelief tablets do not stimulate the stomach to secrete more acid (sometimes called a rebound effect). And unlike PPI medicines, Prelief preserves the stomach's acidity. I can't believe this product remains so obscure. Probably because it's officially marketed as a dietary supplement instead of a drug to treat heartburn symptoms.
pretty much, just hair gel

I'm living in Taiwan now and bought this because the humid air makes my hair go very frizzy. This is basically just a hair gel. It makes my hair shiny, but it also lightens the hairs and makes them fly around without any reduction in frizz. Pretty useless chemical goo.
Simple, taste good - but from China!

NOW Foods is based in Illinois and do almost all their own manufacturing, to high (GMP) standards. So, I do generally trust them. Then I see on the label, "Product of China". I do not trust agricultural products from mainland China. I am very disappointed that NOW are using Chinese pumpkin seeds. I think iHerb should indicate this in the product description.
Awful, wasteful packaging

The tea itself is alright if you don't live in an area where Japanese teas are distributed. But the packaging is environmentally just despicable! The bags are contained in these oversized plastic bags. They are literally about 4 times the size of the tea bag they contain. And the tea bag itself is plastic, with a string glued to it, and a plastic tab at the other end. The big box is also misleading to consumers, suggesting that you're getting a significantly larger quantity. Rishi, do you think it's still the 1980s? Seriously, what's with this?
fresh taste & delicious

Share with a friend, makes an excellent snack or lunch. Really top quality.
good quality product, no complaints

Can't attest to the first two reviews. For me anyway, odor is not offensive and does not cause stomachaches. Since I rarely eat meat and have been deficient in iron in the past, I use this product in particular because it contains iron. A once-per-day multiple likely has limitations, but among those containing iron, this is my top choice.
quality product, quickly effective

I suffer from insomnia. I've used this tincture for several weeks. Not every night, but most nights. In my experience, it quickly makes induces a restful, sleepy state.
no effect for me

Took 2 tablets daily for 2 weeks. No increase in general energy or lido. Will not buy again. I am unsure if epimedium is not an effective herb for me, or if this is not a quality preparation of the herb. One star just reflects my own experience. Try if you want to, but consider alternatives.

I tried for a few months the Super Rhodiola product, and it had no noticeable effects (for me at least). But I have read of double-blind studies showing the positive effects of Rhodiola on academic test performance, for example. So I tried the ordinary product, and it too had no noticeable effects. Used the entire bottle, as directed.
