I have CFS and have tried a nurse's station worth of supplements. This one helps give me energy to make it through the day. I feel best when I take 2 100 mg in the morning, and then 2 more in the afternoon. For a total of 400 mg per day. This is one supplement I will continue to take. It is obvious when I forget to take it, I just feel too tired to move around much. I also take Vitamin C powder and a multi vitamin powder. CoQ 10 --completely turns the fatigue around. No caffiene needed.

This product helps me cope with CFS. I feel I have more energy and stamina. As long as I take it every day. Also helps with stress.
I have been using this for aabout a month- and it gives me a deep sleep. So I found night time is better than day to take it. Also I think more clearly- stress doesn't get me down as much. Same problems as always -I just don't feel overwhelmed. And I feel as if I think better, aharper, and more strategicly. If I take it during the day- I'm ready for a nap within 45 minutes. This is better than a Xanax. I stay calmer.
I use with Methionine powder and it helps with fatigue. Also with mood lifting. I just take a small amount.
I take it at night and wake up feeling more like I can handle the day. I feel better when I take 2 at night. I think I will try up to 1600 mg per day.
Helps clear my sinuses. and it seems to keep me from having a compulsion to eat carbs. I think my workouts are easier.
