It only takes minutes to make, and have a lovely texture and taste. Add a pinch salt if you wish , and cinnamon for a different taste.
great for soup
I just add a can of these beans to any soup I make to add fiber and nutrition,
nice and chewy
great to just eat by them selves, or cut up into cereal or bake into breads.
not to everyones taste, but if you are into spicy it is a great snack rather then spicy chips.
great to pop in your mouth for a fast snack.
