Best I've found for my hair

I have short, thin hair which I color. Most conditioners make my hair flat or sticky and I'd often unintentionally end up with lopsided, spiky hair. Royal Cream conditioner is the only remotely natural product I've found that makes my hair feel soft and silky and look natural. The only other conditioner that does a similar job is a Redken Color Extend, which is not a natural product -- and I think Royal Cream may actually work better.
used in cold cucumber soup
This product is tasteless and not gritty. I mix it in cold cucumber soup with a spoon. It mixes in easily and I can't tell any difference in taste or texture.
poor quality magnesium -- gave me the runs
I should have checked when I bought it, but I was looking for eggshell calcium and the iHerb search didn't give me much choice. The magnesium in this product (magnesium oxide) is a type that's poorly absorbed, which means cramps and the runs for me even at half the recommended dose. I had to throw the pills out because they made me too sick.
couldn't open it
This product had one of the worst "child"-proof caps I've ever encountered. I had to take it to a neighbor to open it, and even HE had problems. Apparently this company doesn't think people with arthritis, repetitive motion problems, weak hands (or with the bottle I received even strong hands) have any business using their product. I'll certainly never buy it again.
