I was using fluoride toothpaste until not too long ago, then tried Xyliwhite which was a nice change without the harshness I've had with previous pastes. Then I tried this one with the PerioWash and I'll probably never try another toothpaste again. My teeth no longer ache, and I actually feel great after brushing as it's not too harsh.
It does help me curve my appetite for maybe half an hour if I add a dab to a mug of water, I've grown to enjoy the taste. Though the healthy benefits from my reading are questionable. I've noticed nothing but that's not why I buy it. I add it to most of my meals, it gives it a nice flavor to bland foods like rice, mashed potatoes, even Ramen noodles. I use my imagination when cooking and adding various things, usually comes out great. From what I've seen I get this cheaper here than at the local grocer.

I've really enjoyed this stuff for just the added flavor alone to water. But the bottle is horrifically bad, I've bought several so far but this next one I will be transferring the contents into something that doesn't make a huge mess, maybe I'll just replace the top. 1 star off for this alone. Basically flipping the top tosses the green staining liquid everywhere, it leaks around the base of the flip. This flip is some kind of spout, not like your normal flip top, so obviously at the base of the spout when it opens the flow it's not very well secure so afterwards some gets out around the edges. I have to wash my hands after each use, and in the fridge I keep the bottle in a container so as to not get green rings where it sits.
Not your typical tea, a very greeny taste to it like a bit of lawn grass mixed with regular tea. Though that probably makes it sound worse than it is, I've been drinking teas of various sorts for some time and have gotten away from the incredibly sweet tea I grew up drinking and enjoy the healthier types now with little to no sugar though I may add stevia. It's my first time drinking and I bought it to see if it would help me at work keeping my brain going. It does seem to have helped, it's no miracle worker, it's definitely not an energy drink but it brings me up from wanting to pass out to feeling capable of doing what I need. I don't get much sleep due to my odd shift hours and living in an apartment with paper thin walls and kids all around. So I'll be keeping this around from now on.
Actually it's a great taste, but lasts maybe 3 minutes before it becomes near flavorless, at least in sweetness. Doesn't really bother me, for 100 pieces at his price I'll buy more of it when I order more goods from iHerb.
