I like it, I love it, I want some more of it!
Yes, yes, yes! This stuff is excellent! I'm following the "Diet Cure" book by Julia Ross, so I'm really trying to avoid processed food and junk carbs. If taken about a half hour before every meal, this makes avoiding empty carbs very easy. I really notice if I forget to take it. On the sad side, I haven't yet noticed any weight loss or decrease in stomach fat, but I haven't been on it very long and attribute this to my body adjusting from discontinuing Adderall XR recently. (My appetite really increased for a couple of weeks but it's settling back down now.) I haven't gained any weight after that discontinuation though and that's a definite plus!
Decent - not a 100% miracle cure, but helps with benzo withdrawal.
Not bad, but it takes at least two capsules for me to feel anything. It helps me cope while tapering off my benzo. Unfortunately it's just plain not as effective as a benzo, but it helps take some of the withdrawal anxiety edge off. *Updating to add that for benzo withdrawal, I've found dumping a glob of straight powdered taurine under my tongue will cut the anxiety for a few hours. It's a pain and I don't care much for the slighty odd taste, but it's well worth it.
Effective! Not at all fishy but chugging oil straight isn't really my thing.

First off, this fish oil is NOT unpleasant tasting at all. It just tastes like orange, and if you burp, it's not fishy, just orangy. However as I'm battling Bipolar II with all natural methods, my psychiatrist recommended 6-9 grams a day of good quality fish oil. So that pretty much means I had to pour a shot glass nearly full, toast my health and chug it down. CHEERS! ...BLECH! Regardless of how okay the taste is, it's still oil, and chugging that much oil at once is kind of icky. I did notice a positive lift in mood with this stuff. It has a really high EPA content, which is great, but the DHA content isn't as low as my P-Doc wanted to see, so we switched to Country Life Omega 3 Mood which has a super high EPA content and a super low DHA content. I don't really dig having to swallow a 4 capsules with each main meal much more than I dig drinking oil out of a shot glass, but I have had an even better response in mood with the Country Life Omega 3 Formula. So bottom line, this stuff is really good, well worth five stars, but Country Life Omega Three is hard to beat when it comes to high EPA and low DHA which makes my Psychiatrist very happy.
Great to add to just about anything!
Great stuff, I grind it up and sprinkle it over nearly every food I eat. The taste is very subtle and it makes food a lot more filling. It's also fabulous for grinding up and putting in a power smoothie.

Lots more goodies than my previous Vitamin B Complex and cheaper too.
On the fence...
Honestly this stuff did not seem very helpful for my anxiety at all. Out of all thirty capsules, I think maybe there were three times I felt a bit calmer after taking it. I'm not sure if this was just coincidence or what. I think it's kind of pricey so I don't know if I'll try it again, especially since I didn't really notice much of a change. However everyone is different, so it may work for you!
Great for smoothies!
I add either these (or ground flax seeds) to my fruit smoothies to thicken them up and add some fiber and Omega 3's. It really works great, but start out on the conservative side cause too much too soon can have a laxative effect.
Very good B12
Not unpleasant tasting and effective, however I switched to Natural Factors 5,000 mcg B12 sublingual tabs for a real punch and like those a bit better. This is still a great B12 for those not seeking a mega dose.
