Good Product

If you want a liver product with silymarin and eleuthero, this is probably the best one. Take breaks from it now and then to avoid attenuation.

Thanks for your feedback!

Excellent, but watch for loose bowels.

Seems to be more effective than other forms of magnesium I have used. I have problems with fasciculations, which this product seems to largely eliminate. Warning, though, as with most magnesium products, this can cause diarrhea, which will in turn actually lower magnesium levels. I had to cut back a little on this product because of that.

Thanks for your feedback!

OK

I see no effect from this which can be identified as being better than from Carlson's Beef Liver, and the beef liver product may actually be better.

Might be the single best form of calcium I have ever used. Nervous system seems a bit more stable while on this product.

Very Good

This may be the best liver product on the market. Expensive, but worth it. You might find it beneficial to take more than the 6 capsules daily (recommended)if you are an athlete, or under high stress otherwise.

Thanks for your feedback!

Can't really tell.

I cannot pick out a clearly identifiable effect from this product. I use it to keep balance with the magnesium I take.

Orotate

While I have not experienced any clearly definable benefit from this product, my suspicion is that there is better uptake from the orotate form. It would be obviously superior to oxide and sulfate, and perhaps marginally superior to picolinate and aspartate.

Thanks for your feedback!
