I have been taking for about a month now. Seems to make me more tired so I've only been taking once daily at bedtime. I haven't noticed marked improvement in memory or function. Will probably stop taking and see if there is a difference. The good side: Price can't be beat for trying though! I see that others have noticed some improvement. I will update if I notice less memory while off.
No problems. Very manageable capsule size and seems to work well.
No aftertaste or stomach upset. Feel great. I feel confident in the quality of the product. No problems.
I can tell when CoQ10 is good or not based on energy, overall feeling and circulation. This is definitely good stuff and a great value at the price for a 300mg product. Have re-ordered and it keeps on giving.
Wife loves them. No problems. Taste better than original.
These are good vitamins and with quality I trust. Wife likes them but says they're a bit grain and leave some aftertaste if not washed down well. But with all these healthy ingredients, you'd kind of expect it. And no stomach upset for even a sensitive person.
I like that it is food-based and most of the ingredients. It is very easy on the stomach (even without food) and seems to absorb well. The 1000 units of Vit D is a big plus for me. Most multivitamins leave this out. Haven't noticed marked energy increase. Maybe a little throughout the day. I don't like multiple dosings per day but can deal with it. It could also use a little less B-vitamins. I don't need that much. No multivitamin is perfect but this is a good attempt. I use Rainbow Light products and would definitely try a different one. But having to take four tablets throughout the day isn't the best.
