Undoubtedly the best I've tried. If you want to enhance your enjoyment, put 2 or 3 tablespoons into a small fine mesh strainer. Gently rinse them under a little water. Tap the strainer against a paper towel to remove excess water so seeds are just damp. Empty the seeds into a small dry skillet. Place skillet over very low heat and gently shake it back and forth until all of the water has evaporated and a few of the seeds begin to pop. It takes very little time. Remove them to a bowl and let them cool completely. Then grind them to your preferred consistency. I have a small electric coffee grinder that I use only for seeds, though I think it's best to use a mortar. This toasting method really brings out the rich flavor and grinding releases an aroma that will whet your appetite. Sprinkle them over everything!

It has a delicious satisfying flavor. Brewing tip: If you normally add honey to your green tea, mix the desired amount of powdered tea with a little honey in the teacup. Stir tea and honey into a smooth paste. When water that's just been boiled is poured over the paste, it dissolves every bit of tea leaving behind no residual. This brewing method is faster than whisking also.
