works like a charm for excessive gas on high protein diets or when you ate something dodgy and can feel that the stomach is not happy with you
it's good value and one of the better forms of mag, altho at 3 servings a day I got loose stools. 1 serving a day is the max my body can take. If you've got a sensitive GI tract you're probably better off with mag oil or mag glycinate
I'm a 20 y/o male bodybuilder. I used DIM to optimise my hormones (lowering estrogen, increasing test). I used 6 caps a day for 1 week and notice dramatically increased libido and aggression. After 2 weeks of this dosing I noticed that my libido disappeared and aggression was not like before either. My voice was still deeper though. What had happened was I had used so much DIM that my estrogen levels not only fell (after 1 week), but they kept falling and became TOO LOW (week 2) - extremely low estrogen levels result in symptoms similar to having too much estrogen (I had no libido, slight depression and lethargy) So for the past 4 days I've been completely OFF, to let my estrogen levels return to the point where I had higher aggression and libido, then I will take only 2 or 3 caps a day this time around. It has a creamy grey coloured liquid chocolate consistency. No real flavour - tastes like water really. Mixed it with psyllium husk powder for a P&B shake - works well. My tip is to just put the psyllium straight into your mouth (with water already in your mouth) and swish it around til its all saturated, then swallow. Do the same with the bentonite, much easier that way and no cleanup required.
Haven't used any other brand's psyllium before but I can't really ask for more here, good fine powder for a good price.
