Like another reviewer, I suffer from occasional "creaking" of bones and joints and taking this has lessen the frequency. I haven't been taking it long enough but I noticed that when I stopped for a few days, I don't feel as good. I suffer from malnutrition/ malabsorption due to a parasitic infection that has now also caused candidiasis. This helps for sure.
I like the freshness and scent of this. It's also natural and my produce seem to be cleaner after soaking in a solution of this wash. It is also great for cleaning the ovens, microwave and disinfecting chopboards etc.
I used to take Carlson's and liked that alot. Especially the lemon flavor. However, the price is a huge deterrent. I take this now and have no complaints.
I can take this anytime of the day and it provides good fiber and my doctor recommends them for helping control cholesterol level. I sometimes mix half and half with brown rice and take it with asian food. It will work both for sweet and savoury preparations.
This works equally well just by substituting regular white rice flour in recipes. Rice in general gives most people less of a problem than gluten containing grains.

I soak them and remove the outer brown skins before roasting them. They make a good snack but and even better killer homemade almond butter which I mix with coconut oil and a little stevia.
I like their recommendations and most of it works.
Good all round wash. I pour them into smaller bottles and in a pinch, they can be used 3 in 1 as a shampoo, facial cleanser and bodywash. Will continue to buy this product as long as the price stays sensible.
This is quite strong yet it slides between my teeth. Has a slight minty/ tea tree taste which I appreciate. Reasonable pricing considering the length.
Absorbs well. Put it in the fridge and it is even better when used.
