it's so weird, but i've been living in south korea for over a year now, and the thing i miss the most is this chili! i love to use this as a weeknight quick meal, served with rice pasta, cheese and onions.
yummy, but they go stale quick!
i make it with chicken stock, butter and parmesan cheese, and top it with any number of sauteed veggeis and an egg. it's so hearty and satisfying.

we just ordered 5 bags of the stuff, delivered to our home in south korea. it's worth it!
i use this in lieu of pretty much all wheat pasta at home. it's a little chewier and lighter. perfect for gluten free!
