Works quite well

I started taking Provinal about 8 months ago after researching it. It has brought my CRP levels down which were very high, also raising my HDL cholesterol. This has been a great add on to current supplements to support my cardiovascular health.

Thanks for your feedback!

Very Fishy

I took another brand of Krill for about 4 months, and had my cholesterol levels checked. All improved. I couldn't get that particular brand anymore as they had stopped manufacturing the product. Started Now Foods Krill Oil. Very fishy odor, which the other product didn't have. Am on my second bottle, same fishy odor. Will see if it has the same effect next time I have blood work. Also put my dog on one softgel per day.

Seems alright

I've been taking Theralac for at least a year now and honestly I don't see much of a change. I take one every other day. Had problems with diarrhea and used to take Align. Don't see any difference between the two, and switched to this brand because of the multiple strains and delivery system. Wish I saw more benefit.

Easy to take but pricey

Was taking COQ 10 but switched to Ubiquinol as it absorbed a lot better. Very pricey though.

I started taking one per day about a year ago. I always wear sunscreen and don't spend a lot of time in the sun. Had my vitamin D levels checked a few months ago and they were excellent.
