OK, but not stellar

The flavor is decent but not great; I thought it would be good in homemade yogurt or coffee, but I don't think it's nearly as good as regular stevia extract plus vanilla extract. I'll probably use it in baking but not to flavor foods where I really want a pronounced vanilla flavor.
Be careful with hormones

When I bought this I didn't know much about pregnenolone and DHEA, which are also included in the formulation. I have used progesterone-only creams before so I was expecting this to be about the same. After two cycles of using this cream for the last two weeks of my cycle, I began having unusual cramps and bleeding patterns, which seem to suggest that my hormones are out of whack. I've discontinued the cream for two months but still haven't returned to my normal cycles, so of course I'm concerned about the long-term effects. I'm in my my mid-40s so I know I should expect increasing irregularities, but this was a sudden change right after using the cream so it is something other people should watch out for.
Potent and easy to adjust dosage
I sent some of this to a relative who was having trouble with mild depression, low mood, and lack of energy. She felt that it really worked as a pick-me-up and she was also able to adjust the dose perfectly to her needs. She uses far fewer drops than the bottle recommends, so it lasts her longer.
This helps with mild depression. I use a tablet cutter to take a quarter or half tablet (50 or 100 g) in the morning on an empty stomach and that is enough for me. The full tablet taken several days in a row makes me feel a bit jittery and impatient, so I keep the dose low, take breaks, and only use it when I need it. A little goes a long way.
Better than hydrocortisone alone

This works well for eczema flares. I think the tea tree oil gives added benefit. Nice texture is light and not greasy. Updated to add: we ordered another two tubes of this ointment and both of them are extremely runny (just like water), making it hard to remove from the packaging without spilling. It is also hard to rub into the skin because it isn't thick enough. I have reduced my star rating and will not buy this product again because the quality is inconsistent.
Fresh and fragrant

It's hard to buy cumin seed where we live and we use a lot in our cooking. This package is reasonably priced and arrived fresh and in good condition.
Make sure to put it in a pump dispenser
This refill works great, but you have to put it into the original pump container.
I really like having a quick, easy to apply all-in-one cream. The only other one I liked was a very expensive department store brand. But this one works as well, does not irritate my skin, and has a higher SPF rating. The color works for my skin, too, although it's a bit pale for the summer and I'm afraid the next shade down would be too dark.
Passes the taste test

Bought this as a replacement for the Flintstones My First vitamins for children under four. My picky toddler likes these just as well, so that makes them a hit.
Seems to work, cream separates after some time
It has not entirely cleared up my toenail fungus but it does seem to help. The cream separated and became runny after a few months.
