First time using this.It sure wont be the last. The scent is mild.Since'74,been using coconut, olive, almond and apricot oil,on face and other parts of body. Now at a young 73,I see some small wrinkles at the front of neck.Face still wrinkle free.Only been using several days.A few months will tell.
Not only healthy but very tasty.I have this often.
I haven't met a miso soup I did not like. You can also make a sauce or gravy.Dont apply much heat. You!ll destroy the properties.
I used a popular lotion;until the mid 70's.They added chemicals and I switched to oils.A wide variety.Almond oil,I use the most. The price fits my fixed income. At the young age of 73,skin is soft smooth and pliant. No facial wrinkles or crow feet.I'm happy.

I love this.I use it on face, hair, legs and feet.Easy to apply, even in winter months.Just rubbing Shea between palms, softens.
I use this not only for cooking but on my skin too.
I love ice cream. But this takes its place.Just as soon as I am finished with this,i'm gonna have me some.
Wonderful ingredients.Price is good for my budget.Taste is allright.I mix with many items,in warm water.Low carbs and organic.
I soak about ten in water.Put in container and refrigerate one or two days. Then I put in blender and eat with yogurt. That makes a few servings.Oh!In the soaking water,I put agave nectar.Just a little sweetness, because of the added water.
I mix this with other powders and frozen banana. It's good. All organic.Price is not too high.I'll probaly order again.
