It claims that it can help control and reduce Blood Pressure. It appears with myself that this is not the case as the active ingredients appear not to be effective with me. I accept that maybe it might be beneficial for other people but has not worked for me. Some othe options appear to be better.
These are very good to get a combination of both Potassium and Magnesium. It appears that when taking these the Blood Pressure, which recently increased, goes back to an acceptable level. If it is as simple as missing or not having enough Magnesium then this is a wonderful choice and option and considered, according to literature, relatively safe as the doses are less than what are the daily equivalent.
Early stages at present, however, it appears that these are having some benefits on my health regarding Blood Pressure. It is working better than the prescribed medication that I am currently on, which appear on a day to day basis to be either a hit or miss on the readings.
Early days for this, however, appears to be at least balancing the rising blood pressure. Hopefully in the near future it will bring it down, however, at least controlling the level is critical.
This appears to claim that over a period of time the Blood pressure should actually drop down. I have been using this long enough to monitor the effect and at present there has been no noticeable decrease in the levels which are indicated. I appreciate that everyone is different, however, on a personal front then it appears to either be very early days for me or not working to the level which is claimed.
Promises a reasonable amount of potential and has, according to accepted authors, the right active ingredients. As a result I am currently hoping it will deliver that it should, in theory, deliver, however at present there has been no noticeable difference.
