I am 50+ with lots of pigmentation on my face as a result of growing up in Southern California with no sunscreen. This oil faded the pigmentation within a few weeks. The marks aren't completely effaced, but they're MUCH lighter. However, I don't find it sufficiently moisturizing. It absorbs quickly, then leaves my skin somewhat dehydrated. I need to apply moisturizer after the oil is absorbed.

My vision is much sharper when I take this. When I forget for a few days my vision gets weaker. It is a tiny capsule and easy to swallow.
Pretty and Effective

I came across this after buying every other type of diffuser made by Aura Cacia, none of which worked. Where has it been all my life? It actually works and the aromatherapy scent lasts. The downside is I have to buy candles, but the upside is the candles look pretty. I put this in a dark corner of the room, and my blood pressure goes down instantly.
Subtle but definite difference

I started feeling more normal after taking this for a week, and have started taking two capsules. Life doesn't seem as difficult now.

I bought this for my essential oil diffuser, but it had no scent at all. You could smell it if you held the bottle to your nose, but that's it. I ended up using it as a body oil, which at $12.22 for one ounce is pretty expensive (and still no one in my family could smell it). Save your money.

This tastes better than average cocoa--more adult chocolate flavor--and is no more work than packaged Swiss Miss (ugh). I like being able to adjust the sweetness myself. I use it for my kids after school, sweetening it with xylitol and adding organic half & half (like making coffee).
Favorite immune supplement

I've tried a lot of immune support supplements, but this is the best at warding off a cold when it just starts. I take two a day when a family member is sick, and two capsules three times a day when I start to come down with a cold. This stuff has warded off countless colds and immeasurable misery. It also fights hay fever and seasonal allergies. I take this instead of OTC allergy meds, add the neti pot a few times a day as needed, and basically remain symptom-free.

To my surprise, this stuff works time and time again--provided I take it early enough. I also take Airborne with this to up the odds of beating the cold. It works 85% of the time.
Little pigment; waxy smell

The color is lighter than that shown on the webpage. I have pale skin and pale lips, and the color barely shows up. It's also more orangy-coral than pink.
Unknown amount of cordyceps and reishi
Posted by Reviewer3053733 on Mar 31, 2016
The package doesn't disclose how much cordyceps and reishi are in the coffee, so I emailed the company to ask. This is the reply: "Regretfully, we cannot disclose the exact percentages (milligram) amounts of our Micronized Cordyceps & Reishi, because these are part of our proprietary trade secret blends/formulations." this is a specious reply, as I don't think the amount of mushroom per serving is something to be secretive about. For all we know, there may be just trace amounts of these mushrooms.
Cuts sugar cravings

I don't believe in weight-loss aids, having tried my share in my 50+ years. When iHerb offered a free sample I took it anyway, thinking there was nothing to lose. I was surprised that it really did take away my desire for sugar and snacks. I pretty much don't think of food in between meals. You do need to up your water intake to prevent constipation.
Heavy and Pasty

I prefer very light but emollient creams, whereas this cream is heavy and pasty. I feel like it weighs down my lids. I've started using it on the backs of my hands, where it moisturizes well. Very expensive for hand cream, but I don't want it on my eyelids at all.
