Took them throughout my pregnancy and now during breastfeeding. Good stuff. Lots of goodness. Along with herb tea the red raspberry made my uterine contract WONDERFULLY during childbirth and helped me go down quickly afterbirth.

Thanks for your feedback!

LOVE IT!!

This was recommended while I was pregnant and it is great stuff. IF I burp it up at all it tastes like strawberry. Interesting.

I haven't had a cold forever. Knock on wood! OR really just keep taking my culturelle.

For parents who want exceptional care of your children's teeth without the danger of flouride. My son is 7 and has used this for several years now. Not a cavity yet.

When I feel my milk lagging this helps to get it going strong again.

Probably a good mouthwash but...

It contains tea tree oil and since it has no flouride it should be good for children. I have a 7 year old. He is great at not swallowing mouthwash but the idea that tea tree is in it and in his mouth you never know what might happen and it is toxic if swallowed. IT also contains oregano oil I think that would be fine for cleaning the mouth without the tea tree. Esecially for children.
