not sure if it is working
I have complex digestive problems mainly as a result of Crohn's and have regularly used digestive enzymes. I decided to swap from my usual brand just for a change and to save some money. However I'm not entirely sure it works as well as my other digestives so I guess I'll have to keep searching for a more cost effective alternative.
This appears to work fairly well. I suffer from an autoimmune disease and tend to get candida symptoms. I feel it is keeping some of these symptoms under control. However I think I will benefit from a purer formulation so will try liquid wild oregano with a higher percentage of the active ingredient.
I like it
I believe that this vit c works more effectively than the buffered vit C tablets that I have been taking. I do like the fact that it has alpha lipoic acid in it too, as I've been intending to add this to my supplements to take.
seems good but...
I'd like to use more of this vit c by madre due to food-based nature however, due to an autoimmune disease, I go through vit c at a high rate and thus it would be too expensive. Also, I'm fairly conscious of wastage and overpackaging so I was dismayed to find that only about one third of the container was filled with this vit c product. I do hope that Madre will take note and use more appriorate sized containers, not to mention the big container size is deceptive to first time users.
