This was okay if you drink it very quickly. I thickens so fast and then it is very unpalatable.
I have found this to be an excellent way to get my calcium and magnesium. It is very absorbable and I take it an hour before I go to bed since both calcium and magnesium are very calming and relaxing.
This is the best cod liver oil I have ever used. The lemon and mint combine to cover the fishy smell and taste. Also it is very healthy.
I have used coconut oil for several years; but this one is my favorite. It is an extemely healthy fat & good flavor. I use it also as a butter substitue on toast.
