I've tried putting it into my cereal and baked good and it not only did NOT make them have vanilla flavour, but also spoiled them! It had too strong alcoholic taste and some "flavour" that I am not sure what it is, but it's NOT good. Waste of money.

Tried this type of pollen .ne i an pretty satisfied with the quality and the taste. The statement that it is better absorbed (probably because of the papain's protein breaking abilities) seems nice too (since sometimes the pollen is not absorbed at its best). The fresh granules option is probably the best variant but this one is close second!

You will be amazed how great the powder inside the capsules taste! Don't hesitate to open the capsule and empty it in your mouth! These mushrooms are edible ;) Not only that, but the benefits from them are also great! These ones combine with several other medicinal mushrooms will leave you in a better health. I can't explain all the benefits and recommendation (it will be too long review), besides there is quite a lot good info if you search the right keywords in Google(contact me, if you have any questions). In short About this products - it's a great one.

The two main reasons I decided to take enzyme supplement are: - Bloating - To improve digestion I went for this one, because well, it's plant based and appreciate that fact, especially after I learned what are the sources of other animal based enzymes. Yuck! Another good fact is, that the formula is quite "generous" and well balanced, at least on paper. When I started my "trial" I rarely exceeded 1 capsule per day, several days I took 2/day. My main reasoning behind this decision is because the last thing I want is to put to sleep my natural enzyme production. I am not sure, if higher dosages of those can cause such "reaction", but I don't want to take any chances. My hopes were to kick start the natural process, not to rely on the pills to replace the process. Now, that I am finishing the bottle (it took a pretty long time for that), I can conclude the following: - I didn't experience reduced bloating after a meal. I suspect my problem is due to gas and to experience relief from it I would probably need the animal-based pancreatic enzyme. - Any noticeable improvement in the digestion wasn't "observed" either. The good news is, that if it didn't do me any good, at least it wasn't harmful either. Needless to say, I won't be buying this item again, but don't feel discouraged to try it out yourself, you may have different results.
I am interested in the probiotic products and their function in the human body. On paper, their role and potential benefits appears are numerous, but in general, they are the type of supplement, from which I rarely notice (positive) difference. I've tried LOADS of probiotic products with the hope to find one, with which I can say, that I SEE the positive impact on my health.  Several times I received samples from iHerb with this product, but a week or so taking a medium strength probiotic is way too short of a time to see any difference, so I decided to give it a shot and buy the whole thing.  I have to not, that I respect Jarrow Formulas, I use some of their other products and was left with good impression about them. Unfortunately I didn't see any results from this one after finishing one container and several blisters of testers. Maybe the dosage was not enough, maybe I was not taking it long enough, maybe the probiotic strains are not the right kind for me or maybe even it DID good for me, but I just didn't feel it.  Whatever it is, I don't plan on purchasing this particular probiotic anymore. P.S. if you live in the U.S. I strongly recommend you to try out the probiotics, that need to be refrigerated. They are shipped by iHerb in ice packs and the reason I recommend them is, that they have more active cultures, than most of their shelf-stable equivalent and you could and you could expect more fast and noticeable results.  I can't try them, because I am located far from the U.S.
I don't want to scare anybody by posting this (your body might might not react in a similar way), but Here is what happened to me: After a pretty long period of time owning the product, but not using it, I decided to give it a try. I actually bought the product with the hope to increase my fitness level (muscle mass, endurance etc.). After what I read about it on the web(being the most abundant amino acid in the body and, a lot of people are deficient and many athletes see benefits from taking it) I was with high expectations about it. It was a nice detail, that in most articles I've read, they described it as safe to use, without side effects (when used in appropriate dosage) and very rare allergic reactions. After all, most of the protein foods have it (some more, that other of course) and the body needs it to survive. BUT, when I took JUST 1 CAPSULE of it with some yogurt and food, half an hour later I ended up with nervousness, "tightness" (unpleasant one) and high blood pressure. I had things to do this day, but I had to call them off, since I felt really unwell. I can't tell 100%, that it was from the l-glutamine, but it would be too much of a coincidence to be otherwise.  After 1 capsule, my experience with this product in a nutshell: It immobilized for 1 day and the whole bottle is basically useless to me.
Normally, I am not the type of person, that likes to mix sweet with salty/spicy/sour ingredients, but this time I decided to give it a try since it is such a popular and well reviewed product. I can say, that I am glad I did! I am not a chocolate snob and don't eat chocolate that often, but when I do I like to take my time and enjoy it. With this one, because it has a little salty beside the sweet flavor, it feels like a little "explosion" in your mouth. Different regions of the tongue register the different flavor and it's VERY nice feeling. You have to experience it to really "explore" it truly.  I rarely eat more, that 1-2 little blocks, but this chocolate makes it enjoyable (and even healthy, when consumed in moderation) experience!

After trying out liquid (flavored, unflavored) and pill forms from various brands and finding some nice and other - not so nice products I can say, that I HAVE NOT found any TASTIER and more JOYFUL way to take Omega-3. Seriously, you won't even notice ANY fish oil flavor. It's just a beta-carotene colored, orange paste, which melts in your mouth and leave fantastic taste. PLEASURE to use! Also, great plus, that it contains Vitamin D3, which is very helpful (immune system, women's health, bone health etc.) and it doesn't contain any "bad stuff" to achieve this tremendous taste! Buy with confidence! If you don't like this omega 3's taste, I don't know which you will :) P.S. Also, considering you take one-a-day, this package contains supply for 3 months, which makes this product excellent value as well! Thanks iHerb for providing these awesome prices!

What would make this pack of great, healthy sweeteners complete is some coconut nectar/sugar, because I've heard it's very tasty and also very low GI, but even in it's current state, it's more, than you could ask for in a sample product. Definitely will help you choose which one would you want to choose and in what to use it. :)

I've purchased numerous hand sanitizer products (sprays, gel, wipes) and this is by far in my top 3 favorite. Here is why: # The way it sprays - it has relatively strong and "centered" mechanism with which you need just 2-3 sprays to clean your both hands. I had several other sprays, with which I needed at least 5 sprays to feel the desired "wetness" on my hand in order to rub my two palm into one another. # The smell - One of the ingredients listed in the bottle is Lavender OIL and that makes for a pleasant, natural and refreshing smell. In my opinion, the smell isn't that strong (as another reviewer mentioned), but that is subjective thing of course. My observation is this: You spray it on your hands, rub them and you really can smel the nice and pleasant lavender smell. I am a "fan" of Lavender and I find it very refreshing, as I mentioned. The moistness lasts for about 15-20 seconds and after a minute or so, the smell is almost gone as well. I can smell just a very light lavenderly smell. # The size - the container has nice bound shape and it's pretty compact and makes for a great travel companion. It contains 59ml of the liquid and it lasted me for pretty long. I like that fact. # The ingredients - it's all organic and that's nice I guess. "62% Organic Fair Trade Ethyl Alcohol, Water, Organic Glycerin, Organic Glycerin" Don't mind if I do :) So, that's my take on it, I hope you found it useful :)
