I can't get these in the store where I live in Korea. Glad to find them on here for a good price. They turned out great in the crock pot. Especially after throwing a bit of baking soda into the mix if you want a fantastic texture for hummus.

What can I say, I love lentils. These made a great stew that lasted a few days. Glad to have this option online since I can't find lentils where I live.

My husband and I drink this in the mornings. We live in Korea where it is hard to come by some of the vegan protein staples we are used to (besides tofu). So it's just a a little extra something, not used for exercising or anything specific. Yes, this has a chalky taste, but that wasn't surprising. However, I will give it 4 instead of 5 stars for that because I'm waiting for the day when that isn't normal- wishing on a star I'm sure! All that being said, I love the flavor. It is great in soy or almond milk and in a shake. We will definitely reorder.
a husband favorite
I don't like granola, so this was a purchase for my husband. He eats it every morning and has requested more. I noticed he usually adds flax seed, raisins/fruit, and peanut butter. I bet that helps, maybe I should give it a try.
Bob's Red Mill flax
I eat this for breakfast every day as a porridge. I also use it as an egg substitute (1T flax, 3T warm water for one egg). And make a flax seed muffin with it. I'm vegan so this really helps balance my omega 6:3 ratio which is really heavy on the omega 6 due to the high amounts of nuts and seeds I eat for protein. Will definitely reorder and keep in the fridge at all times.
Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips
I love the mini size! I usually cut down the amount of chocolate chips called for in a recipe because, oddly enough, I don't like huge bites of chocolate in all my baked goods. These are great for fixing that, I think it actually helps get a more even amount in each baked good. Oh, and I eat them as is by the handful too. Delicious.

So happy I ordered these, can't find them in my area of Korea! They were great. The soaking and cooking went well, which means they weren't old or bad. That has happened to me before; bought a cheap bag in the grocery store only to discover they won't cook well. Great purchase! Reordering when the time comes.
I have these for breakfast in a flax and chia porridge to help balance my omega 6:3 ratio. I'm not a huge fan of the texture but I've also never liked porridge or oatmeal. That being said, it's worked wonders on my digestion and I feel full for quite a while after eating it. It's definitely my go to breakfast now. Will reorder.
NOW pumpkin seeds
Delicious. I love pumpkin seeds and these have a nice, fresh taste. Will reorder.
Bob's Red Mill raisins
Great for baking. But I didn't enjoy eating them as is all that much. Maybe I'm used to sweetened raisins though? Good purchase.
A big disappointment compared to the originals. They had a powder on them for the flavor instead of being baked in. Will go back to the originals which are amazing.
Coconut Palm Sugar
I am using this as a white cane sugar substitute. So far I really enjoy it. It has a slightly different taste and texture from white sugar but I enjoy the difference. It has a nice flavor, not just the strong sugar taste. In baking it works the same 1:1 and I haven't noticed any taste change with those. I will keep using this and will reorder.
