Perfect for IBS-C
Posted by southerninlaw on Apr 18, 2012 | Verified Purchase
These are a life saver for my IBS-C, they're helping to normalise my digestion and thanks to that my bloating and other symptoms have all diminished! I have found I only need to take 2 capsules, 3 times a day. Thank you, nature's way! The only problem - I wish they came in a larger size!
Be really careful when taking B5
I was recommended B5 by a naturopath without having a blood test done, only to later find that I had B5 toxicity after taking these tablets as my body was not able to get rid of the B5 naturally. Always talk to a doctor or health professional and have blood work done before taking any supplements!
Daily must have!
I've been taking two of these each night for a couple of years now and can't live without them! Not only have they increased my energy (as I previously suffered from a magnesium deficiency) they have also worked wonders on my digestive system which was troubled for so long after a delayed coeliac (celiac) diagnosis! Do remember; it's important to see your doctor before starting ANY supplement as you need to be sure that you actually NEED the vitamin/mineral first! Great flavour but does have after taste
The flavour of this product is great, but be sure to use it sparingly as it does have a little bit of an aftertaste. As with any stevia product, you've got to find what works for you!
My FAVE peanut butter!
I love love loveeeeeeeeeee this peanut butter and am so glad that iHerb stocks it so I can get it in Australia and stop hoarding tubs in my suitcase after trips to the US Be sure to check out our page for other healthy gluten free product reviews! :)
Crunchy and fun

This cereal is really nice and a good gluten free option, however, it was a little too sweet for my liking.
Too heavy and not great for hair
I was really looking forward to trying this Argan Oil but found it too thick and heavy and it didn't work for my hair the way other brands do.
A good alternative for GF-ers

I'm soy and gluten intolerant and I was devastated to find out that I could no longer eat my favourite sweet - licorice! Candy tree came to the rescue, however! This licorice is a good alternative for people like me. It's not like regular licorice obviously and it is only slightly sweet (fine for me but not for some others!). It's really chewy and has quite a good aniseed flavour, though I wish it was stronger!
The BEST gluten free oreos!
We were skeptical about this oreos but were totally proven wrong! My non-celiac husband did a side by side comparison to real oreos and decided these are even better as they don't have that awful greasy feeling from the filling that oreos do.
One of my favourite flours!
I love using Sorghum flours in cookies and brownies as it gives you an incredible texture and melt in your mouth results!
