I'm in my 30s, but I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia at 12 years old so I've been struggling with related issues for a very long time. Conventional medicine never helped very much, but when I discovered natural medicine and therapeutic foods in 2004, I slowly began to recover and find relief from the endless migraines, chronic pain, hormone imbalances, and mood swings. I'm still on this journey to better health, but I love sharing my experiences with others along the way. I'd love if you used my referral code TEP756 to place an order -- you will get $5 or $10 off your order, and it will help me try more products too. ;)

This product really works to blend protein shakes with no residual powder clumps, and it is a great size too--it fits well in my female hands. It closes nice and tight too, with no leaks. Also works great on salad dressings, I might add! Much better than the typical shaker you get in the grocery store. I'm tempted to get the smaller size just for that purpose.

I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with this product. I was looking for something with clean, organic ingredients that I could make when I was having a chocolate/sugar craving, BUT I'm trying to avoid wheat, and I tend to be hypoglycemic so I like to make sure my protein/fat/carb/fiber intake is kept in balance. This treat fits the bill. I made it as the package specified, using Nutiva Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil as the oil. I bought four so I think next time I make these I will try to sneak in some more fiber (maybe some more flax, or some acacia powder) and I might sprinkle some chocolate chips on top too. Oh, and I liked another reviewer's idea of making them in mini-muffin tins. They are a little crumbly and I liked the edge-pieces best, so that would make it just about perfect. Thanks, iherb, for selling a great product at a competitive price!

These are great baking cups. I have a favorite bran muffin recipe that sticks aggressively to normal baking cups, but with these cups, the muffins never stick! I have also used Reynolds Foil or StayBrite cups from the grocery store but they are pricey (about 2-3x the price of these) and I felt wasteful using the foil and paper hybrid cups. With these you get a clean & natural look and excellent performance, which suits me just fine.

I love coffee but my body doesn't really appreciate caffeine's after-effects. Jitters, anxiety, edginess, sweating... not to mention the harshness of its acidity on my stomach. I have always been sensitive, so as much as I love it, I can't drink coffee on a daily basis. I've tried some other substitutes including decaf and Teeccino, but they weren't very satisfying to me. Teeccino is pretty decent in the French press, but not something I crave every day like coffee. Dandy Blend is actually quite tasty though! I enjoy stirring it in to frothed milk to make a delicious instant latte. It's nice that it is a powder and therefore easily prepared, too.

Love the way this stuff works, and I also like that it doesn't smell noxious! Works quite well on grease, blood, and other stubborn stains. Also, the brush applicator tip is very clever -- it seems to really work the solution into the fabric.

I used to dread making anything that called for buttermilk. Don't get me wrong, I love the flavor that real buttermilk imparts (I prefer it to the substitutions with lemon juice or vinegar) but I always felt wasteful when the remainder of the carton didn't get used before spoiling. Saves a TON of money! Now I keep this on hand at all times -- I actually store it in a Weck jar in the fridge -- and I am able to whip up fresh buttermilk whenever I want without any excess left. Love it and HIGHLY recommend to people who love to bake.

I use this often in various ways. My main use is to spritz on over my vitamin C serum if I want a little bit of hydration but using a lotion + sunscreen would be too heavy. It seems to calm my skin and hydrate without leaving my skin tacky. It dries clean and smooth and makes a nice base for applying sunscreen. I also use this at any time of the day that I need a pick-me-up. If I'm feeling hot and sweaty and stressed out, I spritz this on my face and shoulders and I feel so much better. Tip: keep this in the fridge to make it even more calming and pleasant in hot weather! I had a coworker "of a certain age" and she used this trick to keep her hot flashes more manageable -- dousing herself with this spray whenever she felt one come on. Rose is known to be an aromatherapeutic stress-reliever and hormone balancer, and I'm a believer. I don't think the rose scent is overbearing at all and it fades very quickly, IMHO. It's not my favorite rosewater per se (I also have a pure damascena rosewater that's amazing if I want to enjoy the rose scent) but I like that Reviva mixes rosewater with some other great ingredients like hyaluronic acid (which helps to keep moisture in the skin) in this particular facial spray. Oh, and one last thing... I am pale and sunburn easily. I had a half bottle of this left and mixed it with pure George's Aloe Vera juice and it is INCREDIBLE for sunburn. Especially straight from the fridge, applied liberally every hour or so.

This is my favorite iherb freebie -- the pen is lightweight, writes smoothly with blue ink, looks decent (the logo isn't cheesy) and of course it is useful, which is the most important thing. I work from home so I always appreciate an extra pen. It's light and small enough to tuck into my zippered clutch/wallet - perfect for endorsing checks on the go, etc. I see they are "not available" right now--I hope that's temporary because I love these little pens. Bring them back, iherb!

Good simple sanitizer, and triclosan-free, which I appreciate. Also, the smell isn't too chemical or strong like many sanitizers. The bottle is a great size for my purse!

I wish Vitol would back off on the stevia just a little bit -- this is a great protein otherwise, with a good texture and foaminess. I prefer a very lightly sweetened protein because I use it in smoothies with fruit that already have a bit of sweetness.
