This bottle arrived with a little leakage, but it doesn't affect the scent. Smells wonderful! Kind of like honey lemon flavoured strepsils.
I take at least 20000IU a day as I'm always indoor, the higher dosage within each capsule makes it easier for me as I no longer have to swallow 4 capsules each time! It appears my body is unbalanced in a lot of ways, so taking the vitamin D alone didn't solve my issues of fatigue, insomnia, and eczema. But I will continue taking it because I know I'm definitely deficient in it based on my indoor lifestyle.
Unflavoured doesn't mean no flavour
The powder dissolves easily in room temperature water, but it takes a while before the cloudy solution turns clear. There is also a distinctive flavour to the glutamine drink. The first time I tasted it it was repulsive - it tastes it has a umami flavour. Kind of like how MSG would taste like. With that said, the taste can be gotten used to over time. I tried adding it to soup and it made my soup taste more flavourful! But later on I read that L glutamine is heat sensitive, so don't add L glutamine to anything hot!
Easy to swallow
The capsules are very small, making it easy to swallow. I didn't experience any special differences while on it. I take it together with Vitamin D3 for general health.
no significant difference

needs to be stored in the fridge for optimal "freshness", which made me forget a dose here and there. i didn't feel any significant difference while on it, i continued to have lots of gas.
It works I guess?
Was scared that it'll break me out (even though I've never had acne problems before, but god knows what might happens right?) after reading the reviews, but thankfully my skin didn't react negatively to it. I think my hair growth did get stimulated though. I've lost a lot of hair in may and august due to my health issues. Don't ask me why it came in two waves, I have no idea too. I thought it's done shedding but no, I lost even more hair. After the shedding slowed down, i started taking these sometime in september. I can't say for sure that the biotin stopped my hair loss, because I think my hair loss resolved due to my improving health. But the hair growth, there is a possibility it's partly due to the biotin. My baby hair is growing at a speed I've never experienced before, and within 3 months my hair grew like 5cm and were all sticking out of my head, I look like a crazy woman with messy hair! Just glad that my hair is growing back with a vengeance. I didn't even take the biotin everyday, it's more like every other day whenever I remember. The capsules are the regular sized capsules. I just found out I can get a higher dose with a smaller tablet after trying out the Natrol biotin, so if you're not into pill swallowing, now you know there's an alternative.
I recommend taking this before a meal. I tried taking it after, it sort of just sat at the end of my esophagus / start of my stomach, I can feel a warm sensation. I only take 2 pills! If I take it before a meal though, I won't feel anything. I take it when I eat a meal heavy in proteins since my digestion is a little weak.
I really like it! Was surprised to find out that only less than 10 kernels (per 1/4 cup) didn't pop as magnificently as the others! The early poppers are like premature... something inappropriate. Disappointing but hey, it happens. The important thing is majority of these kernels pop like the butterfly they were meant to be. I pop them with one tablespoon of coconut oil. I've tried added some salt to the oil in hopes of flavouring it while it's popping, but i found out that it affects the maximum popping potential of these kernals - the popcorn ended up smaller and less satisfying. Learnt my lesson the hard way. Just oil should yield the best popped popcorns.
it works as it says

not sure if it really absorb the toxins out but it helped to make bowel movement easier.
I only bought the 354ml version because the larger bottle was out of stock when I needed it. Do buy that because it's more economical. The product is the same - moisturizing and smooths out my skin. Doesn't irritate my skin so I like it.
Huge bottle, lasts forever. Works wonderfully, doesn't irritate my sensitive skin when use in small amounts.
wonderful scent after dilution

the initial scent straight from the bottle didn't smell anything like lavender, but once i diluted it it smells a little like the crabtree and evelyn lavender water. the scent seem to disappear with time, by now, i don't think i can smell any more lavender fragrance. i dilute it with jojoba oil to treat my eczema, i haven't experienced any significant improvements yet since it's just a week. it doesn't irritate my skin. i use a 20 drops to 30oz carrier oil dilution.
