If you're like me, often you just don't have the time or forgot to buy some fresh garlic at the store, and pretty much bottled dry garlic just doesn't cut it - I've tried them all! BUT.... that's where D&A Garlic comes in - their spices, Garlic, Salt, Pepper and others, are simply the best possible products is an easy to use grinder container. Yes, you can easily find similar products at the store, but NOT similar taste. Go ahead, try the garlic - heat up some spaghetti in a pot, add butter to coat, and grind on a nice amount of D&A Garlic, stir and let sit for just a minute or two - the fresh and natural flavor, as well as small fresh garlic pieces will astound you (and no tomato needed!) Try adding some fresh garlic to your buttered popcorn, get inventive! The Med. Salt and the Multi-pepper are equally fantastic on your steaks, eggs or other favorite standard fare - add some spice to your life today. These are worth the extra price - you pay for what you get! (and if you want quality, taste, and unmatched excellence - this is it. (I even had some old Garlic that was 3 years past its recommended best use date, and it was still wonderful - better than the other junk I had just bought at the store, which is what prompted my to retry this brand from Italy - made in Florence, with care and pride) .

I bought this product after reading about its healing and natural energy effects and I love it. I had been trying to quit caffeine for over a year, but every time I had gone about three days without it, I would get excruciating headaches, and I would have no energy nor motivation. I finally got fed up with this and rather frightened when the headaches came just a few hours without caffeine, and I decided to research about methods of quitting caffeine. I read on the internet that ginseng is a good alternative, so I bought this product. It definitely got rid of the headaches and kept me awake all day with no crash and it gives me more energy, mental clarity and believe or not, I sleep better. I guess this product made me normal again, which is amazing for me. I was surprised and pleased by another, unexpected effect... let's just say it is basically like nature's viagra. There was a definite positive change in that regard, and since I was not anticipating it, it can't be placebo effect. I have since read that this is actually a common use for ginseng, and that it has been an aphrodisiac in Asia for centuries, as a benefit in psychiatric and neurological conditions, and for enhancing vitality. Korean red ginseng, a herb considered an aphrodisiac in some Asian countries, seems to be an effective treatment for erectile dysfunction. In some Asian cultures, ginseng has been used traditionally to boost sex enjoyment and sexual stamina. So it is not surprising that recent scientific studies have demonstrated that Korean red ginseng is able to dramatically enhance and help maintain healthy sexual function in men. These are gelcaps and are easy to swallow. They dont contain artificial fillers and are easy on the stomach. Highly recommended if you want to start on Panax Ginseng supplements. ---Side note---Be aware, some people may react to this product with the shakes, lightheadedness, and dizziness.

I am a man with very dry hair. I have tried a LOT of products. Going Natural is very popular right now in organic community and it is not easy finding products that can make our hair manageable and truly soft especially the hair texture that I have. I highly recommend all of the shampoos and conditioners. They are remarkable and for the FIRST time I am getting what I expect from a product. The fact that the products are also safe for my hair and my health is reason to celebrate. You must try this product. My favorite is Honeysuckle Rose but I also have and love GP Protein, Island Naturals and one other that escapes me at the moment. They are all fantastic and worth the price. Try these products your hair will feel heathier and have a better texture than you could have imagined. You will also be doing a great thing for your health. So many cosmetic products are toxic nowadays. Companies do not have to disclose what they are really using. I checked Aubrey Organics on the EWG website that studies the toxicity of cosmetics and they got very good scores. This is an all around win, win product. I just wish they would make a larger bottle. Additonally Honeysuckle Rose has a great fragrance. Some of the the others dont smell as good as this one but they work just as well. I have read some reviews and some of you have said that it doesn't lather." To me, it lathers as well as expected for a NATURAL SULFATE FREE SHAMPOO. A tip, make sure your hair is REALLY WET and that should help you get a few more suds. I'm sold and this is now my staple shampoo. It smells just like honeysuckle and roses so if you don't like the flowery smell then I recommend you follow up the shampoo with a better smelling conditioner. The after smell is light and pleasant, not too overpowering.

This gum is old school. It doesn't believe in all those fancy, new fangled sugar alternatives. Ingredients are simple: Xylitol, gum base (contains natural chicle), gum arabic glycerin, natural flavors (lemon, lime), sunflower lecithin, resinous glaze, beeswax, carnauba, beta carotene and chlorophyll. It also doesn't mess around with synthetic color agents (no Red #40 or Yellow #5 lurking in these boxes). Bonus is that it tastes great Lemon-Lime. No it doesn't stay flavorful for an extra, extra, extra long time, but its delicious for long enough to get a nice minty taste in my mouth and satisfy my desire to chew. Also, I love this gum as a digestive aid after eating, to produce enough saliva for digesting protein and carbs, and it works great. I had discovered Glee Gum years ago and enjoyed it, but hadn't thought much about it again until I realized that EVER gum at the corner store or gas station had either aspartame or saccharine in it. Even the tried and true Juicy Fruit has turned to the dark side. Thank you Glee Gum for offering this delicious, all natural alternative to the neuro-toxin laced sticks sold by your competitors. I appreciate it and I will continue to buy your fine product for many years to come. Beside this, however working with fewer artificial ingredients does have a few drawbacks. First, as other reviewers have commented, the flavor does fade quickly. Second, the gum tends to be a bit sticker, which may be an issue for those with sensitive teeth. Would definitely buy this product again. The only improvement I can think of would be in the box design, which has a tendency to open in your bag if you're not careful. As a side note, the graphics on the box are so retro & fun!

This is my favorite vitamin supplement. I have noticed since taking this product that I have more energy, but I know that the benefits are much more. Been reading recently on the fantastic benefits of vitamin D and that D3 is the best form. There is plenty of scientific evidence that vitamin D has several different effects on immune system function that may enhance your immunity. It is important to know that Vitamin D deficiency is one of the most common micronutrient deficiencies. I read that spring, fall and summer noontime sunshine exposure provides adequate Vitamin D. So, stay out a short time if your skin is light, but stay out longer if your skin is dark. Very light-skinned individuals can make adequate Vitamin D from arm and face noontime exposure in 15 minutes or less. Very dark-skinned individuals may require up to 2 hours to achieve the same level. Skin color is adaptive to sunlight levels, so that people from equatorial regions are darker-skinned and people from Iceland, who are starved for sun and Vitamin D, are very light-skinned. It's interesting that primitive cultures living far from the equator prize the few foods that naturally concentrate Vitamin D3, like fish liver oil and sea mammal blubber. Cod liver oil is about the only food supplement that provides a lot of Vitamin D. It is important that individuals who are not frequently exposed to the sun, who regularly wear sunblock or who are dark-skinned take Vitamin D3 supplements. Also, individuals who are elderly or obese generally require more Vitamin D3. Many researchers feel these groups should take 5,000 IU daily. As you get older you have more difficulty absorbing D and fat cells tend to sequester (trap) Vitamin D. The blood test that is used to assess vitamin D status is 25-OH vitamin D. Optimum levels are 25-OH vitamin D levels of between 30 and 80 mg/dl. To summarize, I advise everyone to take Vitamin D3, because it is essential.

I've used this product several times over the last few years. It is a great and easy to use cleansing program that is not so aggressive it makes you feel bad. One advantage of this product is that it uses natural ingredients. Unlike many other diet supplements, this product does not contain many harmful chemicals as filler ingredients. You will need to make sure that you follow the diet recommendations in the pamphlet to get the most out of the cleanse, lean meats - poultry, fish, vegetables, etc. Also, drink plenty of water (because, taking without enough liquid may cause choking), and try to sweat for 30 minutes a day. Even if it is just sitting in a hot bath tub You will feel the product working and you will feel lighter, more energetic. I will consider this for regular body cleaning every three to four months as the product recommends. Appears to be no negative side effects. The capsules don't irritate my stomach (as many have reported) and I don't mind taking truck loads of supplements each day. I'm assuming that the folks that can't take pills twice/ three times a day do not regularly or actively take supplements anyways. It's non-invasive and relatively standard for a supplement cleanse. I would recommend this for beginners or those of you who would like to be able to leave your house while doing it. It is a great and easy to use cleansing program that is not so aggressive it makes you feel bad. Every day your body is exposed to impurities and toxins that can build up inside and affect good health. So, be sure to consider taking this or similar product. ---Side note---The Thisilyn Fiber Blend contains psyllium as its main ingredient. So, you need to avoid psyllium if you have a throat problem or difficulty swallowing. If you are allergic to melon, English plantain pollen or grass pollen use caution because you may have cross-sensitivity to psyllium.

I have had fairly good results with the Thisilyn cleanses. I'm a bit confused on the difference between the mineral and herbal. Nature's Way customer service advised me that the mineral was slightly more potent however; on the box it lists the herbal as slightly stronger. Also when you select the herbal kit you get the mineral, when you choose the mineral you get the mineral. Not sure if it was a mix up but, for the past four orders that has been my experience. I honestly believe it has dramatically improved my IBS. I have substantially more energy, my constant headache has gone away, I dont wake up with aches and pains, I sleep throughout the night, my hair and skin is smoother, and for the first time in years I can breathe through my nose! I will say that about day three each time I get a bout of acne that resembles something off of the Wicked Witch of the West. Rather I have always felt great all the way through this cleansing program and never had any side effects from too rapid or too much cleansing too fast. Lots of pills to take but no different than the vitamins I take daily. Use a pill box and take morning and night and you should have no problem. The digestive sweep isn't a turbo cleanser like some but, it does do the trick.

I take this product for overall eye health and I definitely can say that it has improved a lot. My eye floaters are mostly gone from my view. My eyes see more clearly, no longer feel tired. I have tried other eye health combinations and none worked as well as this one. Lutein & Zeaxanthin are two of the best nutrients for vision that I've read about. Lutein is an antioxidant carotenoid that occurs in nature with zeaxanthin, a closely related carotenoid. In my opinion taking it has very essntial value, because both lutein and zeaxanthin protect the macula from degradation normally associated with aging and oxidative stress. Eating lots of lutein- and zeaxanthin-containing vegetables can help maintain the structural integrity of the macula. However, since meso-zeaxanthin is not part of the typical diet, it cannot be replaced except in supplement form. Also, scientific studies have shown that Lutein may also serve to protect skin from the damage induced by UV light. Beside lutein and zeaxanthin, this formula includes and C3G (Cyanidin-3-gluco-side), a cutting-edge berry flavonoid compound that helps to stimulate regeneration of rhodopsin. Rhodopsin is a compound in the eyes that absorbs light in the retina. As rhodopsin dramatically declines over time, it leads to a progressive loss of night vision. By helping to maintain rhodopsin, C3G helps to support night vision. In addition, lutein and zeaxanthin are usually very expensive in drugstores, but this product provides me with 2 months supply. Also, this product contains small very easy to swallow gelatin gels. Of all the eye- care natural pills I have taken, these are my personal favorite so far. I've feel it to be very beneficial to my overall eye health and without any side effects. I will continue to take this as I think even greater results can be achieved with regular use .

Having tried other digestive enzymes, I say with confidence, this is a great enzyme to take. I've suffered with IBS for years. Not any more! Plant based enzymes such as these are more effective. I take 5 with each meal. Every person is different. Some may only need one or two. It's best to try just a few and increase the amount of capsules until your symptoms have gone away. Many doctors say to take just 1 with each meal. That often isn't enough and people are left thinking the enzymes don't work or the brand of capsules is the issue. Take it from me, this works. I've been to surgeons, gastro-docs, natural docs, you name it. Once I began taking this, I am symptom free. Side note:Specific enzymes work on specific foods. You need the right type of enzyme for the foods you want it to break down. Think of the foods you have problems with and then choose a product that contains at least those types of enzymes. Here is a list of the common enzyme types and foods they act on. Digestive enzymes are enzymes that break down food into usable material. The major different types of digestive enzymes are: • amylase – breaks down carbohydrates, starches, and sugars which are prevalent in potatoes, fruits, vegetables, and many snack foods • lactase – breaks down lactose (milk sugars) • alpha-glactosidase – facilitates digestion of beans, legumes, seeds, roots, soy products, and underground stems • protease – breaks down proteins found in meats, nuts, eggs, and cheese • pepsin – breaks down proteins into peptides • peptidase – breaks down small peptide proteins to amino acids • bromelain – derived from pineapple, breaks down a broad spectrum of proteins • papain – derived from raw papaya, broad range of substrates and pH, works well breaking down small and large proteins • lipase – breaks down fats found in most dairy products, nuts, oils, and meat • cellulase – breaks down cellulos, plant fiber; not found in humans

Omega-3 fatty acids are a group of essential fatty acid nutrients derived from marine or plant sources. If you don't eat fish on a consistent basis, you may be deficient in oils that support healthy skin, hair and joint flexibility. It seems the food we are eating today is not doing the job and we have to take supplements to maintain health, not to mention, "striving for longevity." Truthfully, this supplement has changed my life in a number of ways. I have more energy, my joints feel less stressed while working out and it has now been proven that we need to either consume a lot more salmon or take supplements. All fatty acids hold enormous potential for the body, in that they are converted into other molecules that perform vital roles in regulating, mediating, inducing and countering myriad body functions. It’s not so much that one omega is inheritantly bad and another good; we just need them in the proportions Mother Nature spent so much time — 40,000 years or so! — meticulously fine-tuning. The problem is that adherents to the typical American diet take in stacks of omega-6’s and 9’s, which, if not balanced by 3’s, fiercely fuels the inflammatory fires. And we know this can lead to a litany of health issues. The ratio of omega-6’s to 3’s should be somewhere between 2:1 and 4:1. Instead, most of us are getting somewhere between 10:1 and 30:1. This overview of the differences between omega-3’s, 6’s and 9’s should give you a better idea as to why we hear so much about one fatty acid versus another. Fortunately, there’s a simple solution for evening out the imbalance that, unlike pharmaceutical anti-inflammatories or statin drugs, doesn’t involve risky side effects. It’s possible to quickly and effectively quiet much of the body’s inflammatory response directly by taking EPA and DHA supplements. When balance between the two sides of the inflammatory cascade is restored, inflammation is reduced.
