This is sustained release so is much better than the NOW product that iherb stocks - I've tried both. This one gets down into the gut where it can destroy candida. You don't have to take 6x/day - I started with 1x/day and have built up to 3x/day, and that's causing gradual die-off of the fungus. Doing it gradually can be perferable, especially if your overall health isn't very good, because a lot of toxins are produced that can be hard going for the liver etc. I also take Thorne molybdenum picolinate during this process as it helps reduce the toxic load of die-off on the liver. Also NOW alphasorb C, and Thorne lactobacillus sporogenes (bacillus coagulans), a resilient probiotic that helps eat candida and repair the gut.
Be careful - copper can be inflammatory so only take this if you know you're low in copper. I found it very stimulating as well - couldn't fall asleep. But this is a very good brand. Copper is mildly estrogenic (as is manganese). It needs to be kept in balance with zinc in the body - too much of one can cause a relative deificiency of the other. Hair testing and blood tests help determine your levels.

Very good for adrenal glands and as a general tonic. Doesn't stimulate but rather strengthens. Ideal if you're too sensitive to handle other ginsengs, as it won't affect sleep or cause the jittery/overstimulated feeling that Siberian or Chinese ginsengs can cause.
I love the purity of Paradise Herbs' products. As well as being one of the best herbs for liver detox milk thistle is also supposed to help the gut heal. If you're not concerned about purity or additives other brands, such as Jarrow, are good options. Artichoke, eclipta, bupleurum, schisandra, dandelion, scute and turmeric are all excellent liver tonics. Bupleurum is probably the best out of all of these. NAC and ALA also support liver function, along with a low fat, low sugar, unprocessed diet.
Recommend this for any kind of inflammation; also very good for gut healing. Wish they'd make it with more capsules per bottle. The capsules are tiny and easy to swallow. Great that it doesn't contain fillers.
I take two a day and have found it excellent for candida and for leaky gut. Much more stable than other probiotics and actually "eats" candida, which most probiotics don't do. Very cleansing for the gut. And Source Naturals are a high quality, reliable brand.
A good product with the right kinds of trace minerals etc (vanadium is good for blood sugar/diabetes etc). It contains zinc picolinate which is the most absorbabe form of that mineral.
This is the best aloe I've tried. I prefer freeze-dried as it doesn't contain the preservatives that are in the liquids. I gradually built up to taking three a day on an empty stomach. It kills candida, helps the gut heal, strengthens digestion and has even seemed to help my sleep a little. It's a yin tonic; cooling. These are very concentrated.

This is a very good product, highly recommended for fighting candida and other intestinal problems. Effective and much better value than the other SB products that are available. SB is a probiotic yeast that naturally displaces invasive yeasts but does not itself take up permanent residence in the gut. It also helps deal with food poisoning and diarrhoea. A similar effect can be gained from taking brewers yeast powder, but consuming large doses of it might create imbalances long term (or just be unappetising!).

These are good - Paradise is the purest brand of herbs - but NOW is cheaper and works fine for sleep. Passionflower is a good general tonic for the nervous system and helps me fall asleep.
