Wonderful whole food blend, even fewer than than recommended dose can make a big difference!

My sweetie swears by this vitamin. When he takes just a couple a day (rather than 3 with each meal as suggested) he finds that his energy and all-around feeling of wellness are much better. I can't take them because I find them too dry and large to easily swallow. The ingredients are amazing, a blend of nutrients in their whole food state, nothing synthetic here. The antioxidants come from fruits and veggies. Tonic mushrooms and sea veggies add super benefits you may not get in your regular diet. NOTE that coffee extract and green tea are part of the blend, so depending on your situation these could either be energy-enhancing or too stimulating. Play with the dose and build it up, don't try 9 the first day for instance. If you have allergies/sensitivities or complicated health issues please read labels carefully because in a comprehensive blend like this you may find something tucked in there that you shouldn't be taking. Remember to always check with your own doctor to make sure that a supplement is right for you and won't interfere with other things you are taking, etc. Here's to your radiant wellness! :)
Cat sitter's secret for happy cats

I cat sit for my friends' four cats, and these calming chews really help them to relax without their beloved house family. I like and trust this brand, and iHerb offers a much better price than what I find locally. A local vet sells these for $4.99.
Trusted brand, excellent product!
I like that these are shelf stable, and I usually keep a single card of them in my purse. Different strains of probiotics work better on different health situations, so do your research and find out which ones may be most helpful to you. If you are also taking antibiotics, take your probiotics a few hours apart or at the opposite time of day so they don't compete. :)
Great for my problem skin

I have very sensitive skin, prone to redness, rashes, break-outs, etc. This worked well for me, but might have stirred things up a little before clearing them up. If you have sensitive skin this bar may or may not be right for you. Try a little patch test first. :)
Sample was a great way to try out this great little probiotic

It worked well for me in trying to balance out long term antibiotic use. I really appreciated the opportunity to sample Healthy Origins Probiotics for a week in order to decide if the full size would be right for me. I alternate my probiotics as different strains benefit different issues, but this is definitely one I will order in my rotation from now on. :)
Good value for pharmaceutical grade-- LARGE softgels
Really good price, good content, and a good brand. I sometimes have a hard time with huge horse pills. These are nice and slippery, but if you can't deal with swallowing huge pills then there are other good brands available here in much smaller pills like the Enzymatic Therapy Eskimo-3 which are teeny tiny and of excellent quality. Omega 3 oils are available from a variety of sources, and these softgels may contain mackerel, anchovy, and/or sardine. I used to find these harder to digest and burpy, but now that I also take digestive enzymes they are no problem. When my sensitive dry eyes are feeling extra parched I take several Natural Factors RxOmega-3 Factors with a good sized meal and my eyes feel soothed and moisturized within a couple of hours. :)
***18 calories per package*** and everyone enjoyed them!
I'm trying to eat more paleo or primal food, and in any case I don't eat wheat/gluten noodles and try to cut down on carbs. I was excited to get kelp into my diet in yet another form, but I didn't have high hopes for taste and mouth-feel for these noodles. It turns out I didn't need to worry. Check out other reviews for a bunch of different takes on how to prepare them. I soaked them for a while in water with some lemon as some reviewers suggested. They were still a bit hard as I didn't want to oversoak them to mush, but when I added them to hot cooked Vietnamese chicken and veggies the consistency was perfect, just a little al dente. I thought that microwaving leftovers might turn them to hot jelly, but they kept their form and consistency quite well. Full of happy surprises! :)
Good for healthy teeth
I like that Xyli-White is SLS-free and flouride-free, and it contains ingredients I appreciate such as silica and tea tree oil. It cleans well, it tastes good, and I like that xylitol is good for the teeth, not just good tasting. I believe the great reviews for this product...and...everyone's tooth and gum health or sensitivity is different. Check with your own dentist to see what s/he suggests for your own situation. :)
Taste takes a little getting used to but well worth it!

I avoid glycerin in toothpastes, so I appreciate this glycerin-free tooth powder. I have used it on and off for years. Sometimes I switch off at times and fall for a yummier toothpaste, but check out those ingredients, even on the natural brands. They are yummy because of all of the added sweeteners. I would not buy this powder for the taste per se, though after a while it's not bad. I continue to come back to it again and again over the years because it cleans well, my dentist thinks my teeth are strong, and I appreciate the lack of glycerin and sweeteners. I shake a little into my dry palm and press my wet toothbrush into it with the other hand, then brush or scoop the powder up from my palm if I need to. When I pour it onto my toothbrush, I find I get too much or loose too much, and end up with an amount that tastes bitter to me.
Now available from Naka Herbs here at iHerb

I was worried when I saw that A Vogel Hubner Original Silica Gel was discontinued from iHerb that this classic supplement had disappeared from production, but I see that it is now available from Naka herbs and Vitamins Ltd. The Stephen Buhner connective tissue protocol for those with Lyme disease includes silica supplementation. Many report Biosil makes a big difference for them, but if it doesn’t or you want to just try something else, give this silica a try. Unlike the watery drops of Biosil, this is a thick gel that needs refrigeration. It was the first silica I ever used, many years ago, and widely considered one of the best for healing and strengthening skin, nails, connective tissue, tendons, and hair. The picture on the front reflects the fact that it is made from quartz crystals. I have experienced profound healing with this one. Note that it may take weeks or months depending on your own health situation, it does tend to work gradually. Highly, highly recommended!
