I have been using alternative medicine for 20+ years. I’m passionate about learning all I can to help me and my loved ones to maintain or return to radiant health. I love reading reviews on iHerb, *and* I trust my own doctors and my body’s wisdom to determine what is right for me. I’m committed to shopping locally…and often iHerb has the very best prices I can find, so I’m a happy shopper here as well. Thank you for visiting my page. Be well and happy! :)

Wild Alaskan Salmon oil rather than sardine, herring, etc. Gluten free. I am currently using other Omega 3 supplements through iHerb but will check this one out again in the future. The trial size is welcome but too little for me to be able to assess benefits. I do like and trust the New Chapter brand.

I gave these samples to the parents of a new baby who would not have splurged on the full size items not knowing how they would be for their wee one. I have seen others post that some of the products seemed to have caused an allergic reaction on their little one, but no problems for the baby in my world. Always try topicals on small areas of skin just in case if you're not sure how sensitive skin may react!

I'm really surprised there aren't more reviews for this soap. If you like frankincense and myrrh, this is delicious, redolent of frankincense and myrrh. I used to only be able to find it in local stores around Christmas time, so I'm happy to find it year round and at a great price here.

Recommended at my local health food store. Always check in with your own doctor/healing team to make sure that a supplement (or dosage) is right for you. Heal well! :)

I like that Nature's Answer Periowash is alcohol-free, so it's less drying to my mouth. I appreciate many of the the ingredients, like Prickly Ash and Co–Q10 (great for gums) and antibacterial Oregano and Olive Leaf, as well as chlorophyll and other ingredients to freshen breath naturally. NO Sodium-Lauryl-Sulfate is a big plus. It was a bit harsh on my sensitive gums and I didn't keep up with it. I may try it again at some point because it does have great ingredients.

I was so happy to find this product. It is readily absorbed, and I liked the orange vanilla taste. Since ordering I have switched to only taking my calcium and magnesium separately. Since I was a teen I always took them together in a supplement, but now I have learned more about how calcium and magnesium compete for the same receptor sites in the body. Remember to always check with your own doctor to make sure that a supplement is right for you and won't interfere with other things you are taking, etc. Heal well! :)

It's not especially pretty, no, but it does the trick if all you need are a few pills a day to remember. It's too bulky for my regular purse, and I take more than a few supplements a day, so I gave mine to someone who really appreciated it. :)

Scents smell differently on different people, so I'm not sure how this would have been on my sweetie. A whiff from the bottle was pure spice. I liked it, he wrinkled his nose and never even tried to wear it. I think it could have mellowed on his skin to something nice, but I never found out. I like the idea of another reviewer in terms of adding a couple drops of different essential oils or scents to round it out. Wish I had thought of that...I might have sold my guy on a somewhat mellower scent, but he ditched it.

If you have anyone in your world with Lyme, do some research about this supplement. Among other benefits it works on neurotransmitters in the brain to lessen stress and enhance calm and stability, and can help the body to clear out biotoxins. LLMD stands for "Lyme literate medical doctor," someone who has more experience in diagnosing and treating Lyme. It manifests differently in people, often with different co-infections, so what is right for one (or at one stage of the game) would not be right for another. Always check in with your own doctor/healing team to make sure that a supplement (or dosage) is right for you and won't intefere with other things you are taking. Here's to your good health! :)
