The rich flavors of hazelnut and dark chocolate make these wholesome cookies taste like a decadent treat.

    • 1 Tbsp Flaxseed Meal
    • 3 Tbsp Water
    • 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Hazelnut Meal/Flour
    • 1/2 cup Coconut Sugar
    • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

    light and sweet?

Posted by iHerb Customer on May 01, 2017 | Verified Purchase

I usually use almond flour to make bread and decided to try the hazelnut. Quite yummy. A little lighter and sweeter. I used this for a grain free cinnamon bread. Will definately use again.

    Thanks for your feedback!

    Expensive Product

I use it in making cocoa hazelnut spread and the result is good. I find it kind of expensive, but I will order again unless I can find a cheaper one.

    Good quality

Posted by iHerb Customer on Feb 01, 2015 | Verified Purchase

Bob's Red Mill is really a good brand. All flours I've bought from them are great. This one is excellent to bake gluten-free carrot cakes.

    Thanks for your feedback!
