Just finished the bag. Im not a nutritionist so I can't go too deep into it.Im 24 and do calisthenics about four times a week and run 8km twice a week. I tried three different plant based protein powders before (rice,soy,quinoa). This hemp protein powder seems to be doing the most for me. I don't have a scientific way to measure this but is seems , for me at least, to significantly help with gaining strength. It is almost completely flavorless.

As a vegan just want to make sure I'm getting the basic protein that I need. Use a good tablespoon or two which is less than recommended serving but I offset the powder with real (non-powdered) food.
