Cheap and good quality

Thanks for your feedback!

Did NOT sprout, despite claiming they are "raw".

Sunflower kernels are amasing superfoods...made even better if you can sprout them. Which is dead easy. Soak overnight. Or soak for 8 hours, then let sprout till the tail is as long as the body. But these did NOT sprout! So these are NOT raw as claimed. Raw seeds should sprout. If seeds dont sprout, they are DEAD and not good for you. So always soak your seeds...and if they sprout, they are alive! These just went black after soaking them, which is not a good sign.. Did NOT eat them!

Thanks for your feedback!

I use them when bake breads. Seeds are raw that's why don't burn.
