According to Ayurvedic belief, all beings are made up of one unique constitution, or prakriti. When it comes to weight management, an imbalance in one's prakriti is caused by a number of influences, including one's habits, emotional state and physiology. In order to promote weight loss, one must not simply focus on improving the physique but also the psyche by directly appeasing imbalances in the three doshas, or mind-body types: Vata, Pitta and Kapha. The ingredients in Davidson's Slim blend can aid in tackling the Vata-related mental challenges of cravings and concentration, as well as the more Pitta-like emotional setbacks, like motivation.
