MET-Rx pancakes are so sweet, light and fluffy, there's no need to add butter or syrup. Just add water, stir and pour onto the griddle. With more than twice as much protein compared to traditional pancakes, breakfast has never tasted so good!

Suggested Use
Preparation Instructions:
- Blend 2 Scoops (57 g) (makes about 3 Pancakes) of pancake mix and 1/3 cup of water together using a wire whisk. For 3 Scoops (86 g) (makes about 4 Pancakes) mix with 1/2 cup of water. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Do not over mix!
- Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter per pancake onto prepared and preheated 300°F griddle.
- Cook pancakes 1-1 1/2 minutes per side or until gold brown, turning only once.
