This has African mango, green tea, green coffee, and raspberry ketones. I sweat much more than normally when I take these pre-workout. I suggest trying.

We've all tried losing weight at some point and I tried this because there was such an extensive list of ingredients but at the end of the day i just don't like proprietary blends because you don't know what exactly you're buying and I want to know exactly how I'm spending my money and to what benefit. Anyway, taking that into consideration I've now had awesome weight loss success with Oz Vitamins Better Weight which has an extensive list of known effective ingredients with different actions and it fully discloses the concentrations so you know what you are buying. I really think that's important.

This product gave me major heartburn even when using as directed. Took with garcinia cambogia, and didn't really see any change. Maybe if I would have given it longer, but couldn't ride out the heartburn. :(
